Research On The Development And Practice Of "Curriculum Ideological And Political" Elements In College Badminton

In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage,and the implementation of the double reduction policy gave young people time to study beyond more subject training.Exercise outside the physical education curriculum ushered in an opportunity,and many teenagers have the energy and time to engage in social club exercises.Youth clubs ushered in a period of development,and badminton clubs,as an important place for teenagers to carry out sports,play an important role in the physical and mental health of teenagers.However,there are problems such as imperfect supervision mechanism and blind pursuit of profit within the body,which have adversely affected the development of youth clubs.This study comprehensively uses questionnaire survey method,interview method,SWOT-PEST analysis method and mathematical statistics,takes Taiyuan Youth Badminton Club as the research object,analyzes the internal advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of its development environment,combines the application of political,economic,social and technological innovation in badminton clubs to explore the problems existing in its development,and puts forward corresponding development strategies.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The development of Taiyuan Youth Badminton Club shows a trend of spreading from the center to the surroundings,which plays a certain role in the development of the surrounding areas;The number of coaches is increasing and younger;The teaching level of coaches is unbalanced,and there is a phenomenon of unlicensed employment in the team of coaches;The number of trainees has increased significantly and the age has also decreased;Increased parental attention to the physical fitness of adolescents;The publicity path of club admissions has been broadened.2.The political advantage of the development of Taiyuan Youth Badminton Club is conducive to the promulgation of the development policy of youth sports club;The economic advantage is the steady development of per capita disposable income in Taiyuan;The social advantage is the increased importance that parents attach to their children’s participation in youth badminton clubs;The technical advantage is that the club’s coach training system is relatively perfect.3.The political disadvantage of the development of Taiyuan Youth Badminton Club is that the supervision mechanism of youth badminton club needs to be improved;The economic disadvantage is the poor establishment of the youth club sector.Social disadvantage is a multi-factor restriction on the development of Taiyuan Youth Badminton Club;The technical disadvantage is that the teaching and training methods are monotonous,and there are many young coaches and inexperience.4.The political opportunity for the development of Taiyuan Youth Badminton Club is policy support to bring development opportunities to Taiyuan Youth Badminton Club;The economic opportunity is in response to the deployment of the "Sports Shanxi" development strategy;Social opportunities are schools guiding clubs to participate in after-school sports services under the double reduction policy;Technology opportunity is the development and application of network technology to create opportunities for youth badminton clubs.5.The political threat to the development of youth badminton clubs in Taiyuan City is poor policy implementation;Economic threat is the impact of the transformation of discipline-based teaching and training institutions;The social threat is that the resources of public badminton stadiums are tight,and university venues are not open to the public;Technological threats are security concerns when training for teenagers.6.The development strategy: Taiyuan youth Badminton Club should respond to the policy call and deepen internal reform;Taiyuan youth Badminton Club should strengthen cooperation with schools and actively participate in after-school sports service;build characteristic curriculum content,enrich the publicity channels and enhance the competitiveness of the club;Taiyuan youth badminton Club should strengthen the training of young coaches,improve the supervision mechanism and avoid safety risks,so as to reverse the situation of limiting development by multiple factors.
