Research On Development Strategy Of Men’s Basketball Team In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Henan Province

The Ministry of Education in the "Ministry of Education on the Comprehensive Improvement of higher vocational Education teaching quality of several opinions" for the first time to vocational education has a clear position--"higher vocational education as a type of higher education development,has an irreplaceable role".With the development of Chinese society,especially the impact of the 19 th National Congress on the economic transformation,the demand for skilled personnel is constantly expanding.Therefore,higher vocational education has ushered in the opportunity of rapid development,the expansion of enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges,the deepening of majors,and the strengthening of school-enterprise cooperation,which enhance the social recognition of higher vocational colleges.Basketball is one of the most popular sport in our country,our country in recent years the rapid development of the campus basketball and gradually form the elementary school,junior high school,high school,university of ladder type campus basketball talents echelon,schools at all levels have set up a basketball team,equipped with software and hardware resources,improve the basketball training and competition environment,promote the overall level of basketball has steadily increased.In this context,the author found that there are still many problems in the training concept,training methods,selection of students,supporting teachers and other aspects of basketball teams in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province.There is a big gap between the basketball teams and undergraduate colleges,which is directly reflected in the non-standard skills of athletes,the execution of tactics is not in place,and the team cooperation efficiency is low.Further literature review shows that there are few studies on the construction of men’s basketball teams in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province,and there is no systematic theory and effective guidance for sports teams.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out such research at this stage.This study to 31 in henan province higher vocational college men’s basketball team as the main research object,to its current situation and management status,the situation of training,contest condition and so on carries on the system analysis and study of the influence factors of KMO factor quantitative analysis of inductive analysis,combined with the results of the analysis,it is concluded that the development strategy of higher vocational colleges of henan province basketball team.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the male basketball players in Henan higher vocational colleges are mainly from ordinary middle school students,and some of them are from sports schools.They have a certain foundation,but their personal competitive level is low,and there are certain contradictions in learning and training in colleges and universities.Second,the coaches of men’s basketball team in higher vocational colleges of Henan Province adopt the selection method of direct appointment,which lacks sufficient market competition.Most of the coaches are young and middle-aged,with high theoretical level,but relatively lack of experience,and the degree of professionalism and specialization needs to be improved.Third,the pattern of men’s basketball team in Henan higher vocational colleges is mainly run by the school itself,and the funding source channel is relatively single,which limits the expansion and development of the basketball team,and also affects the normal training and competition of the basketball team.Fourthly,the men’s basketball competition system of higher vocational colleges in Henan Province is not perfect,and there are few games available for high-level sports teams to participate in,so student athletes can not get effective exercise in the games.The fifthTo solve above problems,this paper actively widen the channel of the basketball students,broaden the funding channels enhancing university-enterprise cooperation and build henan vocational college basketball league brand,improve the athletes,coaches incentive mechanism,strengthen the leadership attaches great importance to the construction of the campus basketball culture put forward countermeasures for improvement,and come up with new ideas for development of higher vocational colleges of henan province basketball teams.
