Research On The Development Strategy Of Basketball In Higher Vocational Colleges In Liaoning Province

To survey the current situation of basketball development of 15 higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province. Explore the problems and causes which exist in Liaoning Province’s 15 higher vocational colleges’ basketball teaching, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures.Through the investigation, I found the main problems which exist in Liaoning Province higher vocational colleges’ basketball teaching as follows :1. The teaching content and method of a single, The basketball’s teaching mode is weak of innovation, the system of teaching content evaluation is not so perfect.the teaching assessment evaluation system is not perfect;basketball teaching ignores the cultivation of students’ cognitive level and participation.2. The education levels of basketball teachers are significantly lower, the title structure is unreasonable, scientific research ability is weaker, chances of obtaining training and post-service learning are fewer,we need to improve the teaching level.3. Basketball teaching space is less, the related money is less,teaching equipment is simple and crude.4. Related Departments’ leaderships aren’t pay enough attention to basketball teaching.5. Basketball team development lags behind, the relevant system is not sound.According to above problems, I put forward corresponding countermeasures :1. We need to deepen the reform of basketball teaching: adjust the basketball teaching content, pay attention to the innovation of teaching mode, the diversification of teaching means and teaching methods, to improve students’ cognitive level of basketball; Establish a scientific, reasonable and effective evaluation system of the diversified.2. To strengthen the construction of teaching staff: encourage teachers to train, establish a reasonable teacher training policy and system of introducing talents, improve teachers’ scientific research ability and teaching level.3. To strengthen the construction of basketball teaching space, optimize the teaching environment, strengthen the maintenance and management of sports.4. Cause relevant departments to focus on basketball teaching and sports, build internal and external basketball atmosphere, guide the basketball culture development direction correctly, exploit the basketball resources roundly.5. Based on higher vocational college students sports associations to promote the improvement of the basketball format pattern.
