Under the guidance of the concept of "lifelong learning" education,self-regulated Learning learning ability has been one of the key research directions of scholars at home and abroad.In a learning society,the ability to learn independently is a necessary skill for individual development,and the cultivation of talents who can learn independently is the primary goal of teaching and learning in colleges and universities,which is also a top priority.This study uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant literature on the connotation and influencing factors of self-regulated learning ability,and incorporates the online learning environment,learning motivation and learning strategies into the research framework of the influencing factors of self-directed learning ability under the guidance of Bandura’s triadic interaction determinism,and proposes research hypotheses on the influencing factors of self-regulated learning ability according to the existing research results.In the specific empirical study,450 questionnaires were distributed to G University in Guangdong Province to test the hypothesis with the research data,and the interview survey was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the specific influence of the online learning environment,learning motivation and learning strategies on college students’ self-regulated learning ability.The results of the empirical study show that the self-regulated learning ability of university students in the online learning environment is at an intermediate level and there is still room for improvement.The online learning environment,learning motivation and learning strategies all have significant positive effects on students’ self-regulated learning ability;the online learning environment affects self-regulated learning ability indirectly by influencing learning motivation and learning strategies respectively;learning motivation and learning strategies play a chain mediating role between the online learning environment and self-regulated learning ability.Based on the results of the empirical analysis and the interview analysis,this study proposes suggestions for cultivating and improving students’ self-regulated learning ability at three levels: students,e-learning platforms and teachers.Including strengthening the awareness of learning planning,improving the ability of self-orientation;Make full use of learning resources to improve the ability of applied learning strategies;Correct learning attitude,improve self-monitoring ability;Enhance self-efficacy,improve self-evaluation ability;Fill learning content and resources,optimize online learning satisfaction;Enrich learning support and interaction,improve the immersion of online learning;Stimulate learner’s learning motivation and cultivate learner’s learning enthusiasm;Optimize learner learning strategies and improve learner learning methods.
