Research On The Dilemma And Optimization Path Of School Basketball In Hefei Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

In 2021,China issued the "Relevant Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage"(hereinafter referred to as the "double reduction" policy),which can bring new opportunities for the development of small-ball basketball,but also face new challenges.The official launch of the small basketball sport in China is the white paper of the small basketball plan released by the Chinese Basketball Association in2017,which aims to encourage children to participate in sports and enhance the physical health of children and adolescents.With the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,the development of small basketball has reached an unprecedented state,but as part of small basketball,due to this special nature of school sports,the development shows a certain lag compared with small basketball in social sports.This paper investigates the current situation of small basketball in 11 primary schools in Hefei,uses expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,field surveys and other research methods to analyze the current situation of small basketball in Hefei under the background of the "double reduction" policy,and uses the SWOT analysis method to sort out the development dilemma of small basketball in Hefei under the background of the "double reduction" policy,and finally concludes the path of the development of small basketball in Hefei.1.Development status of small basketball in Hefei under the background of "double reduction" policy: the advantages of development are: the need for children’s development,entertainment and fun driven;The disadvantages are: incomplete hardware and software facilities of the school,weak teachers,fewer events,and insufficient support;The existing opportunities include: the reality of the declining physical fitness of young people,the urgent need for basketball reserve talents,the strong support of a series of national policies including "double reduction",and a series of opportunities such as the reform of the youth basketball system to provide guarantees for small basketball;The existing threats include: competition in homogeneous sports,uneven allocation of sports resources,contradictions in learning and training,and the unknown path of sports college entrance examination.2.Conclusions:(1)Under the leadership of relevant government departments,a new legal system,policies and regulations will be introduced to integrate home,school and society to jointly ensure the healthy and sustainable development of small basketball;(2)The hardware conditions such as sports facilities should be built and reconstructed at the same time,and a special basketball fund should be set up to establish a team of high-quality basketball teachers;(3)Actively implement the "double reduction" policy to develop school sports,pay attention to the cultivation of children’s basketball talents,and strive to provide reserve talents for the development of China’s basketball industry;(4)Create small basketball characteristic schools and organize inter-school small basketball leagues.
