| The employment of college students has always been the focus of social attention.In recent years,affected by the trend of comprehensive development,the employment of normal university students has become very prominent.The proble msarising in the process of the comprehensive development of normal universities,uch as the weakening of the characteristics of normal education,the homogenization of non-normal students and the establishment of normal majors in comprehensive universities,undoubtedly bring difficulties and tests to the employment of normal university students.So,it is particularly important for normal university students to make career planning consciously and methodially,and to face and adapt to the changes of the society and talent market as soon as possible.This thesis selects two kinds of theoretical bases related to career planning in normal colleges.First,Zhang Chuting’s "Five Axioms System" theory of education,which provides a humanistic hypothesis of philosophy,helps to explore the original motivation of the career planning of normal university students,and to realize the importance of the exploration of career potential,the reflexivity of the planning subject and the intermediary support of the environment.The second is Career planning related theories including Super’s "career development theory" and Savicks’ "career construction theory",which can provide an analytical framework including planning cognition,planning action power and planning strategy for studying the career planning of normal university students.Based on the above theoretical basis,this study takes H Normal University as an example to investigate and analyze the current situation and problems of career planning of normal university students.The results show that the consciousness of combining self-knowledge with career planning of normal university students is relatively weak;lack continuity and feedback on how the plan is being implemented;the way of self-improvement is mainly professional learning,less vocational skill training and social practice;When difficulties arise in the planning process,the communication objects are mainly peers,with fewer teachers or elders.Through further analysis and induction,it is found that there are three main problems in the career planning of normal university students.First,there is a contradiction between the planning consciousness and the lack of execution;Secondly,there is contradiction between goal orientation and lack of process management.Third,there is a contradiction between emphasizing indirect reception and light direct experience.This thesis holds that the above problems in the career planning of normal university students are mainly caused by:First,excessive attention to "knowledge code" and lack of self-construction;Second,the reflexive effect of planning process is weak;Third,the lack of environmental intermediary support.In view of the above reasons,this thesis proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions:firstly,it is necessary to change the thinking of career planning under the logic of "knowledge man";secondly,it is necessary to stimulate the reflexive ability of career planning;finally,to perfect the system of the career planning education and guidance.In short,under the trend of the integration of normal colleges,it is necessary to guide college students to make a good career planning and grasp the direction of life,which requires the joint efforts of students,colleges and society,so as to find a better way to solve the problem. |
