With the rapid development of Internet technology and the diversification of people’s needs,consumers have experienced great changes in their shopping ideas and shopping habits,making online-shopping become an important choice for people’s choice.Thus,marketing by new media has emerged and taken an increasingly significant role,increasing the needs for professionals in this aera.To put this in context,secondary vocational schools generally offer New Media Marketing as the core curriculum for the training of e-commerce professionals,and pay attention to the improvement of the teaching quality of New Media Marketing,in order to cultivate new media marketing talents in line with the needs of the country and the society.Teaching reform in New Media Marketing is a sufficient and necessary condition to improve the quality of talents.OBE emphasizes on the outcomes of learning,and teaching methods after OBE focus on the realization of outcomes.Apply of OBE in New Media Marketing can achieve the targets of talents and improve the effort of teaching,making students a much more comprehensive talents in new media marketing,meeting the demands of school education,enterprise needs and social development.Firstly,a great deal of relevant literatures are collected to help analyze and understand OBE and its research development;secondly,we investigate by questionnaires,classroom observation and interviews in G Vocational Senior High School to thoroughly understand the present situation on teaching and learning in secondary vocational schools New Media Marketing course and find out the combination of OBE and the course;under this background,principles of teaching design are set after OBE and design frame is established to conduct the practice in New Media Marketing course,and an example “Live Marketing” is presented to elaborate the application of OBE in this course.Finally,after the teaching experiment,several measures are used to demonstrate the effects of OBE in New Media Marketing,including measuring the outcome of every unit,comparing the pre and post scores and self-perception results between the experimental class and the control class,assessing teaching satisfaction of students in experimental class.Through the teaching practice,it is found that OBE concept achieve significant positive effects in the teaching of New Media Marketing course,and the students’ knowledge,ability and literacy levels are apparently different from those of traditional teaching methods,which lead to the conclusion that the OBE teaching concept is applicable to the teaching of New Media Marketing in secondary vocational schools,and the teaching effect is improved.This study explores the teaching reform of New Media Marketing in secondary vocational schools through defining learning outcomes,organizing teaching resources,selecting teaching strategies,and constructing evaluation systems to improve teaching quality,providing some reference value for similar teaching reform studies. |
