At present,the teaching of ideological and political courses in China focuses on the fundamental task of cultivating morality,and takes cultivating students’ core qualities as the main theme.The ideological and political courses in each section are effectively connected and have their own focus.According to the latest guidance requirements of the Compulsory Education Ethics and Rule of Law Curriculum Standard(2022 edition),the junior high school morality and rule of law course is based on the educational goal of the new era,and lays a solid ideological foundation for cultivating new people who are worthy of the national rejuvenationActivity-based review course is an important link to achieve this course goal,and also a beneficial attempt of course teaching innovation.How to integrate the value of morality and rule of law into the activity review class,and how to better promote the implementation of morality and rule of law activity review class are the main problems in this study.Based on this,the content of this study is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the concept,characteristics,type,theoretical basis and significant advantages of the moral and legal activity review class in junior high school.The second part describes the current situation and results of the implementation of the moral and legal activity review class in junior middle school through questionnaire survey,teacher interview and classroom observation.The third part explains the problems existing in the implementation of the moral and legal activity review course in junior high school from the aspects of concept,subject,resources,evaluation and so on,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part puts forward the optimization strategy for the junior high school moral and legal activity review class,mainly from the four perspectives of "enabling","improving quality","increasing efficiency" and "promoting evaluation".To sum up,this study takes the problems existing in the junior middle school moral and legal activity review course as the starting point,explores and implements the optimization strategy,promotes the transformation of teachers and students’ review teaching methods,in order to provide reference for front-line teachers,and help the reform and innovation of moral and legal curriculum in junior middle school.
