| The Understanding by Design(UbD)mode is an instructional design mode that is led by reverse thinking,sets the starting point of instructional design as the learning outcome,and emphasizes the priority of evaluation;it is a highly innovative instructional design mode.With the increasing requirements of talent cultivation in China and the shift from exam-oriented education to focus on cultivating students’ comprehensive quality,improving students’ understanding of knowledge,their ability to transfer and apply knowledge,and promoting the implementation of students’ core literacy cultivation,the UbD mode has come into view with its advantages that are compatible with the new curriculum reform.The purpose of this study is to combine the UbD mode with classroom teaching,taking the unit of Interaction-Force in high school physics as an example,and to construct a high school physics teaching design based on the UbD mode with pedagogical feasibility,operability,and effectiveness.The specific research work is as follows:First,The research background of UbD mode,the current status of domestic and international research,the research purpose and significance,and the research content and methods are described.Second,by combing through related literature and books,the concepts of UbD mode,instructional design and UbD mode-based high school physics instructional design were analyzed and defined;the three basic elements of UbD mode-based instructional design,namely characteristics,procedures and principles,were elaborated to provide theoretical support for the whole study.Third,the questionnaire survey was used to understand the problems encountered by secondary school physics teachers in instructional design and their understanding of the UbD mode;the current situation of students’ learning physics and their expectations of teachers’ teaching,which provided realistic support for the whole study.Fourth,the relationship between the UbD mode-based high school physics instructional design and the core literacy of physics subjects was analyzed,and the UbD mode-based high school physics instructional design was carried out with the unit "Interaction-Force" as an example,and the educational experiment method was used to collect information by using feedback channels such as "Interaction-Force" test paper results,students’ physics learning questionnaires and teachers’ interviews,and the feasibility,operability and effectiveness of the above instructional design were comprehensively analyzed.The research shows that the high school physics teaching design based on UbD mode is recognized by teachers and students,and has the feasibility and operability of teaching application;the high school physics teaching design based on UbD mode is used in teaching,which is conducive to improving students’ understanding of knowledge and their ability to transfer and apply knowledge,and to improving students’ academic performance,and has certain effectiveness. |
