In the context of the new era,working in cities is still the employment choice of the rural labor force in underdeveloped remote areas.Due to the lack of economic strength,poor living conditions,and educational policy restrictions,it is difficult for migrant workers to take their children with them to school near the place where they work,which has created the phenomenon that many children can only stay in the countryside.It is necessary to pay more attention to left-behind children and continuously improve the quality of education and teaching level for left-behind children in rural areas to realize the strategy of rural revitalization and to build a socialist modern power.Through collecting,summarizing and summarizing the relevant literature on left-behind children’s education,this paper expounds the relevant concepts,takes Qiaoziwan Town and Liangshuikou Town,Sangzhi County,Zhangjiajie City,Hunan Province as the research objects,and makes an overall understanding of the situation of local left-behind children by issuing questionnaires and organizing interviews.During the research process,all the contents are recorded,the materials for research are sorted out,and the research statistics are formed,This paper deeply analyzes the education problems of left-behind children in rural areas of Sangzhi County,analyzes the influencing factors,sorts out the key problems,and proposes to find effective ways to solve the problems.Based on the comprehensive survey data,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)Since 2012,the number of left-behind children in rural areas of Sangzhi County has been relatively stable,and the proportion of left-behind children in the whole county has basically maintained at around 50%,this proportion is still relatively high.There are a large number of left-behind children in rural areas.This group has a remarkable particularity.If they are not properly addressed,it is not impossible to evolve into serious social problems.(2)The education of rural left-behind children in Sangzhi County faces many problems,mainly comes from the family level,school level,social level,and local government level.(3)This article is starting from the family level,aims to help the guardian to realize his own educational responsibility and establish a scientific and reasonable concept of education;At the school level,we should strengthen the education function of the school,make up for the lack of family education,strengthen the construction of campus infrastructure and scientifically equip teachers,and provide necessary guarantee for left-behind children to receive high-quality education;At the government level,steadily promote the rural revitalization strategy,improve the economic development level of the region,increase the investment in rural education,and promote the coordinated development of education,economy and society;At the social level,all sectors of society should create a healthy and upward atmosphere and advocate the social ethos of education,and provide a healthy growth environment for left-behind children.It is planned to find an effective way to solve the problem of education for left-behind children in rural areas of Sangzhi County and realize the high-quality development of rural education in Sangzhi County through the efforts of the above four levels.
