In recent years,with the rapid development of society and economy,the process of urbanization has been increasingly intensified,which has accelerated the flow of population and transferred a large number of rural labors to cities.Under the influence of various factors,migrant workers are unable to bring their children around who can only stay in the place of household registration and be guarded by other guardians,so a special group of rural left-behind children has emerged.Due to the long-term lack of parental supervision,rural left-behind children have a series of problems,among which education is the top priority.The education of rural left-behind children has a direct impact on rural education and the sustainable development of rural society.Study on the education of rural left-behind children is conducive to improving the overall quality of rural population,speeding up the pace of new rural construction,and ensuring the long-term stability of the society.Therefore,it is necessary to quicken the pace of solving the education problem of rural left-behind children,so that children can grow up healthily,parents can work at ease,and social harmony and stability can be promoted.From the perspective of the county government's duty on the education rural left-behind children,this paper takes X county as an example to study.County-level governments have an important responsibility to guarantee the compulsory education and legal rights of rural left-behind children,as well as humanistic care and financial support.Through an on-site inspection and analysis of the current situation,it was found that the government of County X had such problems as insufficient attention,financial investment,humanistic care,and an unbalanced allocation of urban and rural education resources.Then this article analyzes the causes of the problems,including:Insufficient awareness of left-behind children's education,unclear government functions,inadequate supervision,and lack of comprehensive coordination skills,etc.According to the causes of the problem,the followingsuggestions are put forward: First,the awareness of county-level governments on the education of rural left-behind children should be enhanced by raising the sense of responsibility of county-level governments,increasing the investment in rural school education funds and strengthening the humanistic care for rural left-behind children;Second,clarify the responsibilities of the department and implement the separate responsibility,so that the problem of rural left-behind children can be effectively solved;Third,it is vital to strengthen the supervision of schools,families and the functional departments of the county government and at the same time build an external supervision mechanism to effectively supervise the progress of education work for left-behind children in rural areas;Fourth,functional departments of county-level governments,families,schools and other non-governmental organizations should jointly cooperate together to solve the education problem of rural left-behind children.This paper provides reference for the local government to solve the education problem of left-behind children.
