Research On The Development Of Reserve Talents Of Athletic Gymnastics In Hunan Province In The New Era

In the new era,how to improve the quantity and quality of athletic gymnastics reserve talents in Hunan province and keep the overall level of gymnastics in Hunan province and even the whole country is an urgent problem to be solved by the current government and sports departments.Therefore,the new era of Hunan Province competitive gymnastics reserve talent development needs a new plan,according to the current situation of Hunan Province competitive gymnastics reserve talent development,through the phenomenon to see the essence,find the key problem and put forward the new era suitable for the Hunan gymnastics army to revitalize the strength of the optimization strategy.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and reference for Hunan gymnastics to return to the peak and the development of national competitive gymnastics reserve talents to a higher level.This study uses the method of literature,field investigation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the current situation of the development of athletic gymnastics reserve talents in Hunan Province in the new era.According to the study:(1)The overall development of competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province is not balanced and sufficient,and there is a serious shortage and fault phenomenon in the development of reserve talents.The comprehensive level of the coaches is general,and there is a lack of excellent coaches with high education and professional titles.(2)in Hunan province athletics gymnastics in funding,facilities,logistics development in such aspects as the medical team is not sufficient,these elements are block and the athletics gymnastics reserve personnel training work,so still need to continue to reform and perfect,strengthen the policy system,make it more complete and easy for operation and practical benefits.(3)the mechanism still rely mainly on physical culture and sports commission of Hunan province from the top down according to the policy of "dragon training system",to this kind of training mode of Hunan province has trained numerous high level athletics gymnastics athlete,but along with the reform and development of China’s political and economic systems,athletics gymnastics reserve personnel training of the external environment has produced significant changes in particular,As a result,the number of second-tier competitive gymnasts is declining.(4)The competition can provide a platform for coaches and athletes to communicate,exchange and learn from each other.Throughout the gymnastics competitions in Hunan Province,the scale of gymnastics competitions held each year is relatively too narrow and the number of competitions held is relatively small.(5)In view of these problems,this research thinks to strengthen scientific selection,improve the quality and quantity of reserve talents;Combined with the "youth training mode",optimize the existing "physical education integration" mode;To promote further innovation and transformation of sports schools at all levels and of all types;Promoting the participation of social forces in the construction of training institutions and investment in project funds;Under the new situation,the government has issued relevant policies to support sports programs from the aspects of fund,community preference and tax exemption,etc.To make "gymnastics Hunan army" bigger and stronger is the suitable mode for the sustainable development of athletic gymnastics reserve talents in Hunan province.
