| With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,history teaching in middle schools increasingly emphasizes the cultivation of students’ core quality of history subject.While teaching students history knowledge,it pays more attention to guiding students to master various learning methods,so as to cultivate students’ independent learning ability and exploration ability.The premise of guiding students to master various learning methods is that teachers can use various teaching methods in the classroom.As a common teaching method in history teaching,comparison method not only helps teachers to deal with different teaching contents,grasp the important and difficult points of teaching,but also helps students to construct a complete historical knowledge system.So as to cultivate students’ historical thinking ability and historical core accomplishment.Based on the requirements of history teaching and the characteristics of historical comparative law,comparative law can play its unique advantages in the teaching of world history.When teaching world history,teachers can consider whether it is related to Chinese history,connect similar Chinese and foreign historical events,and carry out comparative teaching,so as to deepen students’ historical cognition,guide students to grasp the overall context of historical development and explore the essence of historical development.Taking "the comparative teaching of Westernization Movement and Meiji Restoration" as a specific teaching case,the theory of comparative law can be applied to teaching practice,so as to further explore the application of comparative law in middle school teaching.Firstly,it theoretically analyzes the types,application strategies and application significance of historical comparison method.Secondly,the teaching design of the comparison between the Westernization movement and the Meiji Restoration is carried out,and the similarities and differences between the westernization movement and the Meiji Restoration are analyzed and compared based on historical materials to determine the main line of teaching and the important and difficult points of teaching.Finally,teaching is carried out in class,and teaching summary and teaching reflection are carried out after class,so as to provide case reference for the comparative teaching of history in middle school. |
