| The demographic statistics in 2022 show that China is about to enter a moderate aging society,and the scale of population development will enter the era of negative growth.The main reason for the decrease of China’s total population is the aggravation of the aging degree and the decrease of the birth population.On the one hand,the main reason for the decline of the fertility rate of women of childbearing age is the continuous decrease of the number of women of childbearing age and the continuous decrease of fertility willingness,and on the other hand,the fertility interval of women of childbearing age in China.With the improvement of female education in our country,more and more women in complete studies into the workplace is also in the appropriate birth age,employment stability become an important reference of the birth decision,will affect the birth of women of childbearing age second child behavior,so this paper tries to study the change of employment stability will affect the second child birth interval of women of childbearing age.The Chinese family tracking survey database are used in empirical analysis,and the COX model is used to estimate.People show that.Accordingly,this paper draws the conclusion: enhancing employment stability will prolong the second child birth interval of women of childbearing age,and the improvement of urban identity and education level will strengthen the influence of employment stability on the second child birth interval of women of childbearing age.The policy suggestions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)improve the service level of prenatal and prenatal care;(2)develop the inclusive childcare service system;(3)reduce the cost of fertility and upbringing education;(4)safeguard the legitimate labor rights and interests of workers;and(5)promote the change of people’s concept of marriage and childbearing. |
