The implementation of the new curriculum standards and new textbooks,the implementation of large concepts and large unit teaching,and the deepening of core discipline literacy have all provided new opportunities and challenges for the current history teaching in senior high schools.The 2017 new edition of the "History Curriculum Standards for General High Schools" was issued,requiring selective compulsory courses to guide students to deeply understand history from different perspectives.The complex and diverse teaching content and narrative logic of point,line,and surface integration of selective compulsory courses require teachers to be able to accurately analyze courses and promote learning in depth in teaching.As a curriculum design model,the UbD model aims to "teach for understanding" and uses reverse teaching as a means to promote large concept and unit teaching,which can effectively solve the problems of how to implement the curriculum reform concept,how to cultivate core literacy,and how to carry out in-depth learning.Therefore,the UbD model is more suitable for the current new curriculum reform form and the teaching of selective compulsory courses.Based on this,this article studies the teaching design strategy of selective compulsory courses under the UbD mode.The research starts with the explanation of the word "understanding" throughout the UbD model,based on the theoretical framework,and describes the application ideas of the UbD model from three aspects: preset learning goals,optimizing evaluation systems,and reverse instructional design;This article reviews the background of history teaching in contemporary high schools from three aspects: the new curriculum and new textbooks,the big concepts and units,and the division and deepening of core literacy.Starting with the feasibility of teaching design strategies and survey data,it makes a detailed analysis and summary,and concludes that the current selective compulsory curriculum teaching lacks space-time concept literacy and historical holistic thinking;Based on the "Long standing Chinese Culture" unit of Selective Compulsory Course 3,this paper proposes a teaching design strategy for selective compulsory courses under the UbD mode from three aspects: the overall framework strategy of teaching design,the theoretical preparation strategy of teaching design,and the classroom optimization strategy of teaching design;Finally,I made a deep reflection on the design strategy and the research itself,further implementing the significance of the research,with a view to providing front-line educators and subsequent researchers of instructional design under the UbD model with some reflections and inspiration on the basic concepts,design ideas,and instructional design strategies of the UbD model.The research is based on the "UbD model" as the theoretical basis and design framework,taking selective compulsory courses as the curriculum foundation and design object,placing a research perspective on the teaching design of selective compulsory courses,and exploring and complementing previous research,to provide a reasonable teaching design strategy for senior high school history selective compulsory courses,for reference by front-line teachers and subsequent researchers.
