| Research objective: In this study, mixed Unstable Plyometrics training(PTC),Stable Plyometrics training(PT)and Unstable Plyometrics training(USPT)were used as the main intervention means to explore their effects on lower limb muscle strength of high school sports students, and then analyze the difference of training effects of the three training methods.Research methods: This paper mainly uses the experimental method to complete the verification of the research hypothesis. In this study,45 male sports students were selected as experimental subjects. They were respectively subjected to Plyometrics training on hard surface(PT group),Plyometrics training on sand surface(USPT group),and Plyometrics training on sand surface mixed with hard surface(PTC group),with 15 people in each group.Experimental intervention lasted for 12 weeks(40 minutes each time, twice a week).Experimental results:1.Maximum strength: After the experiment, students in the sand group(USPT group)improved their 1RM squat test scores more significantly than those in the hard ground group(PT group),but there was no significant difference between the USPT group and the mixed group(PTC group).Compared with before the experiment, there was no significant change in 1RM test scores after four weeks of the experiment(P>0.05),but there were significant changes after eight and twelve weeks of the experiment(P<0.01),and the 1RM test scores of students in the three groups showed a nonlinear increase. There were significant differences in 1RM test scores after the experiment(P=0.048<0.05):USPT group was better than PT group(d=6.19,P<0.05);PTC group was better than PT group(d=1.49,P>0.05);USPT group was better than PTC group(d=4.70,P>0.05).After the experiment, the 1RM test scores of the three groups were significantly improved: the score of the PT group was increased by 9.45%(P<0.01),the score of the USPT group was increased by 13.76%(P<0.01),and the score of the PTC group was increased by 12.01%(P<0.01).2.Fast strength: From the improvement range of each test index of fast strength after the experiment, mixed group(PTC group)was better than hard ground group(PT group),and hard ground group(PT group)was better than sand group(USPT group).Compared with before the experiment, there was no significant changes in the four weeks after the experiment(P>0.05);There were significant differences after 8 weeks of experiment(P<0.05),and very significant differences after 12 weeks of experiment(P<0.01).The results of the three groups of students all showed nonlinear growth changes.Analysis of the difference between groups in standing long jump performance after experiment: PT group was better than PT group.USPT group(d=0.80,P>0.05);PTC group was better than PT group(d=5.40,P<0.05);PTC group was better than USPT group(d=6.20,P<0.05).The results of vertical jump in situ were analyzed as follows: PT group was better than USPT group(d=0.40,P>0.05),PTC group was better than PT group(d=3.533,P<0.05);PTC group was better than USPT group(d=3.933,P<0.05).Difference analysis of high running score between groups: PT group was better than USPT group(d=1.80,P>0.05);PTC group was better than PT group(d=2.667,P<0.01);PTC group was better than USPT group(d=4.467,P<0.01).The results of 30 meter race in USPT group were better than those in PT group(d=0.041,P>0.05).PTC group was better than PT group(d=0.084,P<0.01);PTC group was better than USPT group(d=0.125,P<0.05).3.Muscle endurance: After the experiment,40% of students in the USPT group’s1RM squat exhaustion test scores improved significantly compared with the other two groups.Compared with before the experiment, there was no significant changes in the four weeks after the experiment(P>0.05);but there were very significant differences in the post-test scores(P<0.01).After the experiment, there were significant differences among the groups(P=0.04<0.05).The results of 40%1RM squat exhaustion test in USPT group were better than those in PT group(d=1.933,P<0.05);PTC group was better than PT group(d=1.660,P<0.05);USPT group was better than PTC group(d=0.333,P>0.05);After the experiment, the 40%1RM test scores of the three groups were significantly improved: the score of the PT group was increased by 19.04%(P<0.01),and the score of the USPT group was increased 21.30%(P<0.01)and 18.38%(P<0.01)of PTC group were increased.Experimental conclusions:1.Plyometrics training on different surfaces can improve and develop the lower limb muscle strength of high school sports students; The USPT group was better than the other two groups in improving the maximum strength of lower limbs;PTC group was better than the other two groups in improving the lower extremity rapid strength.USPT group was better than PT group and PTC group in improving lower limb muscle endurance.2.The growth rates of maximum strength, fast strength and muscle endurance all showed nonlinear growth. The significant growth of each test index occurred after eight weeks of the experiment, and the test performance improved more significantly after the experiment.Through 8 to 12 weeks of Plyometrics training on different ground can play a role in improving and enhancing the lower limb muscle strength of high school sports students. |
