Research On The Cultivation Of University Spirit Of Shaanxi Universities From The Perspective Of Foster Virtue Through Education

The university spirit is the soul of a university,which guides the entire process of versity construction and development.The university spirit can play its role in guiding,tivating and cohesive education for university people in a subtle way,cultivate them to blish correct ideological concepts and value pursuits,and the link of cultivating university it in colleges and universities is indispensable.Foster virtue through education is the damental task of education.China’s higher education aims to educate people for the party,cate talents for the country,and benefit the cause of building socialism with Chinese racteristics,which is an important stage in the cultivation of talents.The core of:ivating talents is to cultivate their virtues first,that is,to strengthen the cultivation of eges and universities’ spirit,through the educating role of the university spirit,nurture a generation of capable young people who have a good and all-round moral,intellectual,sical,and aesthetical grounding and are well-prepared to join the socialist cause,then lement the fundamental task of foster virtue through education.As a large education vince,the development of higher education in Shaanxi will effectively promote the goal of ding our country into a strong education country,and promote the cultivation of the spirit niversities in Shaanxi.In turn,this will give a significant boost-to the development of the west.After reviewing the literature and conducting empirical investigations and studies 18 universities in Shaanxi,it is analyzed that the current cultivation of college spirit in anxi colleges and universities has a lack of deep understanding of college spirit,lack of racteristics of college spirit cultivation,lack of effective carrier for college spirit ivation,and the cultivation of college spirit.The main reasons for the lack of standardized institutional guarantees are that colleges and universities need to increase the importance of cultivating university spirit,the use of effective carriers for cultivating university spirit needs to be strengthened,and the campus cultural atmosphere for cultivating university spirit needs to be improved.Therefore,this puts forward requirements for Shaanxi universities in cultivating the spirit of the university,and it is necessary to start from the fundamental task of foster virtue through education,enrich the connotation of the college spirit,select appropriate and effective carriers to create a good campus cultural atmosphere,and coordinate the three aspects to cultivate Shaanxi colleges and universities’ spirit,and fostering a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation;we will offer them better guidance.
