| Life for a hundred years,standing in the young school.According to the national constitution measurement standard manual(children)scoring standard children’s physique test results show that the quality indicators are improved,among them,the feet continuous jump and standing long jump two score best,tennis throwing and sitting body forward flexion score the worst,shows that children lower limb explosive advantage,flexibility and upper limb strength is weak,the movement development is not balanced.The reasons for the unbalanced development of children’s movements are:preschool teachers lack of theory and practical experience of physical education,not really mastering the changing rules of children’s physiological function,single physical education classroom activities and lack of pertinence.The Ministry of Education has issued the Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)(2012)and the Guide for Learning and Development of Children aged 3-6(2012)for the development of a group of high-quality physical education teachers for the future,so as to meet the needs of the future development of preschool teachers.Therefore,how to improve the physical education teaching ability of contemporary preschool teachers has become the top priority in the development of physical education work.finding:(1)Based on the literature analysis method,eight text analysis materials were imported into ATLAs.ti8 for keyword coding.In the text analysis,the indicators related to this study were highlighted according to the keyword coding analysis of each element.Finally,29 indicators of physical education competence were selected and preschool teachers were named.(2)Empirically analyze the physical education competency index of preschool teachers,and revise the preliminary model.The first round of fuzzy Delphi method conducted expert questionnaire survey on 29 secondary indicators of five first-level indicators,and the clone Bach coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.856,6 of which the secondary indicators did not reach convergence;after two rounds of fuzzy Delphi screening,5 first-level competency indicators and 23 second-level competency indicators reached a consensus,and the clone Bach factor of the total questionnaire was0.857,and the questionnaire was effective.(3)The hierarchical analysis method gives the preschool teacher physical education competency index weight ratio,and the consistency ratio is less than 0.1 and passes the consistency test.research conclusion:(1)After confirmatory factor analysis,it is proved that the physical education competency model of preschool teachers in Shandong Province has a high level in all kinds of fitting indicators,which shows that these five dimensional structures can well summarize the physical education competency level of preschool teachers in Shandong Province.(2)Based on the constructed model of physical education competency of preschool teachers,the application analysis is conducted from four aspects: pre-service and post-service training,performance assessment and government investment,which can provide theoretical support for the improvement path of physical education competency of preschool teachers in Shandong Province. |
