Objective : This article focuses on the influence of the application of imagery training method on the technical learning,imagery ability and learning interest of OP-class sailboats.During the experiment,the data analysis before and after the experimental intervention was carried out.According to the data measured by the actual teaching situation,it is compared with the traditional teaching method to explore whether the intervention training of the basic technology of OP-class sailboats has a better effect.To explore whether the imagery training method is suitable for children ’s OP sailing events,analyze the effect of using imagery training method on training intervention,and the impact on stimulating practitioners ’ interest in learning.It is hoped that through experiments and data,it can provide theoretical and practical basis for the selection of OP sailing training methods.Research Methods : In this paper,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental teaching method and logical analysis method are used to carry out experimental research.Taking 30 members of the op-class sailing class of tianfeng club as experimental subjects,the experimental subjects are divided into experimental group and control group,15 people in each group;the experimental group adopted the imagery training method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and carried out the experimental intervention of 12 classes of op-class sailing training.After the experiment,the basic skills,imagery ability,physical quality and learning interest of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results : 1.Before the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference in the test results of the basic skills of OP-class sailboats in the windward navigation operation technology,the downwind navigation operation technology,the windward steering operation technology,the downwind steering operation technology,the detour operation technology,and the comprehensive start-1-2p-1-finished route(P>0.05);before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had a very significant difference in the test results of the basic skills of the OP class sailboat,such as windward navigation operation technology,downwind navigation operation technology,upwind steering operation technology,downwind steering operation technology,and around-the-standard operation technology(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the test results of start-1-2p-1-finish index.Further comparison of the rankings showed that the experimental group ranked in the top 5,the top 10,and the total ranking of the top 20 was more than that of the control group.After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the basic skills of the OP class sailboat,such as windward navigation operation technology,downwind navigation operation technology,upwind steering operation technology,downwind steering operation technology,detour operation technology,and route start-1-2p-1-finish(P<0.05).2.Before the experiment,the test scores of the experimental group and the control group in the imagery ability index were P > 0.05,and there was no significant difference;After the experiment,the test scores of the experimental group and the control group in the image ability index were P < 0.01,with a very significant difference;3.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of learning interest,sports participation,positive interest in learning,negative interest in learning and autonomous learning(P > 0.05).The test scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment were P < 0.01,with a very significant difference.The control group before and after the experiment P > 0.05,no significant difference;after the experiment,the test data of the two groups in the learning interest index P < 0.05,with significant difference.Research conclusion : 1.Imagery training method can effectively promote the skill level of OP sailing team members,in the windward sailing,along the wind sailing,windward steering,along the wind steering,around the mark technology,route and other technologies,the introduction of imagery training method is better than the traditional training method.The use of imagery training in the training of OP sailing can effectively improve the imagery ability of children ’s players;the use of imagery training in OP sailing training can stimulate the learning interest of OP-class sailing children.
