Under the background of the normalization of the new coronavirus pneumonia(referred to as the new crown pneumonia),physical education teachers need to explore new strategies for physical education,find the best path for online and offline physical education teaching under the background of the normalization of the epidemic,and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions for physical education teaching and management in the post-epidemic era.In this study,654 students,634 parents and 45 physical education teachers from 12 primary schools in Chancheng District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province,using the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method,found that:During the new crown pneumonia epidemic,schools,sports functional departments,and physical education teachers have all made great efforts to prepare for online teaching of physical education,and after returning to school,new preparations related to the new crown pneumonia epidemic will be added;During the online physical education period,some schools did not open physical education classes as required,and some grades did not provide physical education theory classes;Both online and offline physical education have added the content of new crown pneumonia theory courses,and the online physical education content practice courses are mainly based on physical fitness and martial arts;The offline physical education content is mainly based on physical fitness,games,athletics,and ball games;The online physical education organization is mainly based on class teaching methods and individual guidance,and offline physical education teaching has added group teaching to meet the needs of different student groups;Online physical education teaching methods are mainly explanatory methods,model methods,and decomposition methods,while offline physical education teaching methods show diversity,such as game methods,scenario creation methods,group cooperation,independent inquiry and other learning methods.Both online and offline physical education teaching have been evaluated,but there is a lack of unified evaluation standards for online teaching evaluation;Most parents,students and physical education teachers have a positive attitude towards online physical education,but there are some dissatisfaction;Offline physical education students have high satisfaction and strong learning enthusiasm.In order to promote the development of online and offline physical education in primary schools in Chancheng District of Foshan City under the background of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the following suggestions are made:Strengthen the publicity of campus epidemic prevention knowledge and advocate students’ scientific exercise;Accelerate the construction of sports infrastructure to lay a solid material foundation for teaching;Build a platform for sharing physical education resources to make up for the shortcomings of online teaching;Strengthen home-school cooperation and establish a "home-school-society" joint education mechanism;Promote training through competitions,and vigorously carry out various online and offline sports events at all levels;Improve the informatization ability of physical education teachers and enhance the teaching level of physical education teachers;Have the courage to explore and actively innovate online and offline physical education teaching modes;Give full play to the subjective initiative of physical education teachers and activate internal drive;Carry out online group cooperation to create a collective sports learning atmosphere in the class.
