| In recent years,the Chinese women’s volleyball team has returned to the top stage of the world.The volleyball skills are also very mature,and the system combining with the tactics is quite perfect.In the selection of athletes,the height has become an inevitable trend,the height of athletes become an advantage,but also a weakness of physical quality.Because the characteristics of modern volleyball are fast and changeable,the athletes are required to have excellent reaction ability to judge where the ball will fall.You can move quickly through good physical conditioning,creating the conditions for a ready attack or defense.But in the daily training people always used to think that the strength of the body in the movement from the limbs,as long as the limbs strength exercise better,sports performance will change.In fact,when the body moves,the strength is not produced by our limbs,but by the core areas of the body.The trunk pillar is the central bridge of power chain transmission,which can enhance its stability,better maintain the correct body posture of athletes,create good conditions for power transmission,and reduce or avoid the injury probability of athletes.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert investigation,experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes 20 students from the volleyball class of 2018 in the college of volleyball,Beijing sport university as the experimental subjects.According to the expert opinions and the characteristics of the experimental subjects,a training program was developed.The trunk pillar strength training was applied to the experimental group,while the traditional strength training was applied to the control group.After 8 weeks of training,the following conclusions are drawn through comparative analysis of the results and data obtained from the test indicators:1.Trunk strut strength training can improve the stability of the trunk pillar of volleyball players,improve the efficiency of energy transfer,and play a certain role in improving the basic trunk movement pattern.2.Both of the two strength training methods are beneficial to improve the performance of level 8 horizontal bridge and level 5 lateral bridge tests,but the trunk strut strength training can better improve the strength integration ability of volleyball players,improve the overall strength,so as to strengthen the body posture control ability in different planes.3.Trunk strut strength training is beneficial to improving the tendency of body force asymmetry,thus improving trunk motion pattern and reducing the risk of sports injury.4.The trunk strut strength training can improve the stability of the central part of the human body,strengthen the control ability of the distal limbs,improve the energy transfer effect of the upper and lower limbs,and more conducive to the improvement of volleyball players’ ability to change direction under different conditions. |
