The trunk prop controls the movement of the body's limbs,and the strength of the trunk supports can be used to maintain the balance of the body and to control the posture of the body.In this paper,the main research methods by reference method,experimental method,interview method,statistics method and implementation,influence on the trunk support strength training on the balance ability were analyzed,the experimental object is the choice of sophomore student in physical education specialty of Beijing Sport University,selected 23 people,in 12 of course the training,research the change of balance before and after the experiment.In this paper,the experiment has carried out screening functions,test Y balance,T test,single foot closed,side bridge and straight line test method,through the analysis of the experimenter in all activities before and after the training of the index changes,get the following conclusion:1.The test indexes of Y balance test,forward and backward walking deviation distance test,standing alone closed eyes,side bridge can reflect the dynamic and static balance ability of the body have been improved in varying degrees by the strength training of the trunk pillar,the test of T running,the distance test of forward and backward walking deviation,and the side bridge can reflect the dynamic and static balance ability of the body.The strength training of trunk pillar has a significant effect on the body balance ability.2.The trunk strength training emphasizes the integration of all parts of the body,and the training focus should be on the neuromuscular system responsible for control and coordination,as well as the cooperation between the muscles and joints.Through scientific and various training methods,improve human body central nervous excitability,information transmission,information integration and the response analysis ability,and comprehensive utilization of more muscle fibers,realize the effective control of stability and harmony,to human body to achieve the purpose of improve the body's balance ability.3.Trunk pillar strength training can effectively improve and enhance the muscles of the trunk muscle strength and neural control of sensitivity and accuracy,and at the same time effectively to improve the power efficiency of chain transfer movement,reduce alternative compensation function,improve the quality of movement,strengthen the body's stability play a prominent role.4.Body pillar of strength training for FMS function action screening(human basic function)has a positive,benign to the spine,pelvis,joints,muscles,and the core parts of the stability and flexibility,and hip,knee,ankle flexibility,stability has improved significantly,at the same time,the stability of the spine and pelvis will be greatly improved,the deep muscles will be activated,the muscle can be better control,maintain good body posture.
