The Construction And Empirical Study Of The Audit And Evaluation Index System For Off Campus Basketball Training Institutions In Guangzhou

In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Students’ Homework and Off-school Training in Compulsory Education.The introduction of the "double reduction" policy has reduced the students’ academic burden,provided characteristic and personalized after-school services,and helped students grow in an all-round way.At the same time,in order to ensure the quality of after-school services,and formed a joint force of after-school education,The state has made strict regulatory requirements for off-campus training institutions,and off-campus training ushers in an era of strong supervision.Guangdong Province is a major basketball province,with CBA,WCBA and three professional basketball teams,as well as mature and stable provincial,municipal and county-level competitions.As an international metropolis,Guangzhou’s comprehensive economic strength has ranked among the top of China’s metropolises.According to the statistics of the development of education in Guangzhou in 2021,there are 3799 schools of all levels and types in the city,with 2.7426 million students,including 1.5724 million students at all stages of education.Basketball class is deeply loved by students and parents,and has a broad market for off-campus training.Therefore,on the basis of extensive investigation of off-campus basketball training institutions in Guangzhou,combined with relevant policies,this study constructs an evaluation index system of off-campus basketball training institutions,aiming to understand the overall situation of off-campus basketball training institutions in Guangzhou,promote their development,and provide theoretical reference for the evaluation of off-campus training institutions by relevant regulatory authorities.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,Delphi and AHP,takes the training institutions registered and registered by Guangzhou Basketball Association as the object of investigation,and takes the construction of the evaluation index system of Guangzhou off-campus basketball training institutions as the object of study,to investigate the overall situation of Guangzhou off-campus basketball training institutions,to construct the evaluation index system and conduct empirical research,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Among the 110 basketball training institutions registered and registered by Guangzhou Basketball Association,there are three main business models,namely state-owned,joint venture and individual,of which more than 80% are self-employed.There are 60 training institutions operating for less than 5 years,35 for 5-10 years,and 15 for more than 10 years.More than half of the training institutions are emerging institutions.Training institutions are mainly located in Tianhe,Baiyun and Panyu.(2)The evaluation index system of Guangzhou off-campus basketball training institutions includes four first-level indicators: "training conditions","training resources","training process" and "training effect",among which the training conditions include: training qualification and training environment;Training resources include: teachers,facilities and equipment,site conditions,personnel allocation,and student composition;The training process includes: training objectives,training plans,training contents,training methods,and training management;The training effect includes: training results,training evaluation,a total of 14 secondary indicators,and 55 tertiary indicators.(3)The weights of the evaluation index system of Guangzhou off-campus basketball training institutions are determined by using the "three-scale AHP method".The weights of "training conditions","training resources","training process" and "training effect" are 0.185,0.357,0.300 and 0.158 respectively.(4)The evaluation index system constructed by the application was used to evaluate the level of two basketball training institutions,Huamengxing and Kalanbo.The evaluation level of Huamengxing was excellent,while the evaluation level of Kalanbo was good.
