Research On The Construction Of Training Quality Evaluation System Of Basketball Training Institutions

"Basketball training organization training quality evaluation" is to evaluate the subject under certain values,to judge whether the current youth basketball training organization training quality meets and to what extent meet the needs of young basketball training participants and training institutions themselves activity.It is a comprehensive system evaluation that focuses on the quality of basketball training.This article takes the literature data method,Delphi method,AHP and mathematical statistics as research methods.With reference to the universal education evaluation framework in the world,an evaluation index system for the training quality of basketball training institutions is constructed,which aims to evaluate the current training quality of basketball training institutions in China more scientifically and accurately,and to further optimize the overall development level of basketball training institutions in China.Promote the steady progress of China's youth basketball career.The research results of this study are as follows:1.The establishment of a set of standard and efficient basketball training institutions' training quality evaluation index system needs to strictly abide by the following requirements:the seven principles of scientific,target,systematic,targeted,empirical,operability and subjectivity.The construction of the training quality evaluation index system of a basketball training institution is to form a rich and interrelated structure through the connection size and subordination relationship of various factors.2.The establishment of a standard and efficient basketball training institution training quality evaluation index system needs to fully consider various reasons.The training qualityevaluation index system of basketball training institutions constructed in this paper contains 5first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 34 third-level indexes.According to the data collected in this study,the weighting coefficients of the first-level indicators vary greatly.The weighting coefficients for the A training program,B training conditions,C training management,D training process,and E training effects are 0.192,0.168,0.124,0.240 and0.276,respectively.Through the data and conclusions obtained in this article,it is suggested that basketball training institutions should focus on the training process and the quality of training results in order to improve the training quality.Among these two items,basketball skill teaching and training results have the most significant impact on the training quality of basketball training institutions.Basketball skill teaching will directly affect the training results and thus the training quality of basketball training institutions.In the evaluation system of basketball training institutions,training results account for the largest proportion,and the most direct factor affecting training results is basketball skill teaching.The quality of skills training is crucial.
