On September 29,2019,the ministry of education issued the opinions on deepening the reform of undergraduate education and teaching to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,which pointed out that colleges and universities should deepen the reform of innovative education,strengthen the teaching examination,strictly control the examination,and comprehensively improve the quality of undergraduate curriculum education.Sports training is one of the most important majors in sports colleges and universities,which plays an important role in training outstanding athletes and coaches for the country and society.At present,there are some objective problems in the evaluation system of basketball special technique in sports training specialty of sports colleges and universities in China,such as single content and unequal proportion.This study through to the Guangzhou institute of sports is sports training of basketball special technology evaluation method of system analysis,evaluation based on the existing foundation,USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,the special technical evaluation method elaborates the necessity,basic principles,such as innovation,to build a new sports training of basketball special technical evaluation method system,and carry on the empirical research,aimed at Guangzhou sports institute and the national sports colleges and universities sports training special technology evaluation reform and innovation to provide theoretical basis and practical experience.The results show that:1.Sports college sports training in Guangzhou in 2017,the basketball and the technology curriculum were investigated,and found that the current basketball teaching content conforms to the basic course training goal,but the existing evaluation method can’t reflect students’ actual level,not comprehensive examination content,examination results proportion unreasonable distribution,single exams is insufficient,lack of practical ability of students’ basketball technology and tactics of the inspection.2.Basketball is a skill based competition project,and the content of special technical assessment should include the assessment of actual combat ability.The form of competition assessment should be determined through research,so as to provide a platform for students to demonstrate their skills and deepen their understanding and application of basketball skills,tactics and rules.3.Through research,the new assessment method of technical assessment for basketball is determined as follows: the first to fifth semesters are composed of competition scores(40%),skill assessment(30%)and regular scores(30%);the sixth semesters are composed of competition scores(40%),skill assessment(20%),regular scores(10%)and theoretical exams(30%).4.At the end of each semester,the basketball league of the grade shall be held between the selected basketball courses,and the single cycle competition system shall be adopted.The instructor and the class committee evaluation group shall evaluate each student’s grade and convert the grade into the corresponding value.There are three grades: A,B and C.Grade A refers to the main players.The playing rate is more than 60%,and the number of players is not more than 4;B level is not the main force of the players,playing rate more than 30%,the number of assessed not more than 5;Level C is the player in the competition.5.Through student questionnaires and expert interviews,teachers and students are satisfied with the new technology assessment method.The implementation of competition assessment has improved students’ comprehensive practice ability and teaching quality of basketball.
