Analysis And Research On The Current Situation Of Coaches' Internal Training In Basketball Training Institutions Running By Social Forces

In the process of the development of basketball training institutions,professional coaches are needed,but at present,there are still many shortcomings in the internal training of coaches in basketball training institutions in China,which leads to the basic quality of coaches in many training institutions is difficult to meet the requirements,so it is of great significance to strengthen the research in this field.Based on this,this paper selects the internal training of coaches in social forces-run basketball training institutions as the research object,a total of eight social forces-run basketball training institutions as the research object,using the literature method,field investigation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,data statistics method.And other methods are used to analyze the related problems.The study concluded as follows:1.The composition of coaches in basketball training institutions run by social forces is unreasonable,in which the number of part-time coaches is too large and the professional level of coaches is insufficient.2.At the same time,there are significant deficiencies in the frequency of internal training,and the training cycle is too long to achieve the training effect.3.There is a deviation between the determination of internal training objectives and the actual demand of coaches in basketball training institutions run by social forces.At the same time,there is a lack of training in educational skills and a single form of training in the specific internal training content.4.The determination of the internal training outline of coaches in basketball training institutions run by social forces is not scientific and reasonable,and it is relatively random in the compilation of specific syllabus.at the same time,it also faces the problem of insufficient enforcement in the process of implementation.5.The supervision and feedback mechanism of the internal training of coaches in basketball training institutions run by social forces is incomplete,including the lack of supervision and management system for coach training,the lack of effective feedback on the effect of daily training for coaches,and the inability of coaches to know the actual situation of their own training in time.6.The internal training of coaches in basketball training institutions run by social forces must pay attention to the recruitment and management of full-time professional coaches,perfect the training plan and training cycle,reasonably determine the training objectives,contents and forms,formulate and implement the perfect strategy of the training outline,supervise and manage the training of coaches and improve the strategy of feedback.
