| In October 2020,the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Sports Work in the New Era,proposing that "rigid requirements for the opening of school physical education courses should be strictly implemented,the curriculum areas should be constantly broadened,class time should be gradually increased and course content should be enriched".Physical education majors are responsible for cultivating sports talents of all levels and types,and actively explore ways to improve the quality of the training of physical education majors and provide a talent guarantee to effectively support school sports reform.This study applies the "Feynman learning method" to the teaching of the general basketball course of physical education majors to stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve the teaching quality of the general basketball course in physical education colleges and universities,and provide reference for the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.This study mainly uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to conduct an experimental study on the application of the Feynman learning method to the general basketball course.40 undergraduate students of the general basketball education class of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,class of 2022,were randomly selected as the experimental subjects,respectively,the experimental class of class 22,class 8(20 male),and the control class of class 22,class 11(20 male).The control class,Class 22,Grade 11(20 males),were subjected to a 16-week teaching experiment of 2 lessons per week.The experiment was conducted to explore the advantages and shortcomings of the Feynman learning method in the general basketball course for physical education majors compared with the conventional teaching method.Research conclusion:1.After the experiment,compare the physical quality of the students in the experimental class and the control class.The result shows that there is no significant difference between the physical quality of the two classes before and after the experiment(P>0.05),indicating that Feynman learning method and traditional teaching method have the same effect on improving the physical quality.2.Feynman learning method and conventional teaching method are both conducive to the improvement of the three technical skills of two-handed chest front pass and catch,half-court back-and-forth layup,and fixed-point shooting.There is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the two-handed chest front pass and catch technique using Feynman learning method(P>0.05),and the scores of the half-court back-and-forth layup technique and fixed-point shooting technique are higher than the control class,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05),It shows that Feynman’s learning method is better than the conventional teaching method in improving basketball special skills.3.The Feynman learning method can effectively stimulate learning interest and enhance cooperation,independent learning ability and group cohesion.There was a significant difference between the two classes after the experiment(p<0.05),indicating that the Feynman learning method is more conducive to enhancing students’ non-cognitive abilities than the conventional teaching method.4.Feynman learning method is conducive to improving the classroom atmosphere,teaching satisfaction and students’ learning enthusiasm.It is conducive to the communication between students and teachers,students and students,and can improve the efficiency of learning and improve the teaching quality of basketball general course. |
