| The physical health of adolescents and children has always been a key issue concerned by all sectors of society.The National Fitness Plan(2021-2025)further emphasizes that students should be guaranteed one hour of physical activity in and out of school each day in order to improve the school physical education model.Compared to the uncontrollable time for out-of-school physical activities,school sports are planned,purposeful and organized.Sports activities during recess with a variety of functions is one of the most important ways to achieve school sports.After the implementation of the double reduction policy aimed at promoting the all-round development and healthy growth of primary and secondary school students,the role of sports activities during recess in school education has been highlighted.In view of this,this paper conducts a study on interactive physical exercise for the purpose of enhancing students’ physique,interest and social adaptability by taking into account the venue and organization of sports activities during recess.Firstly,literature and interviews are used to preliminarily understand the arrangement elements and considerations during the big recess.Secondly,questionnaires are used to investigate the subjects’ interest and social adaptability during recess.Then,experiments are used to verify the differences between interactive physical exercises,individual physical exercises and dance exercises on students’ enhancing students’ physique,interest and social adaptability.Finally,the experimental data are collected and analyzed by mathematical analysis method.The experimental results are as follows:(a)In terms of the total physical health score,in the paired T-test for each group before and after the experiment,t=-2.735,P=0.013<0.05 for boys and t=-2.148,P=0.047<0.05 for girls in experimental group 1,and P-values for other groups were greater than 0.05,with no significant difference,indicating that experimental group 1was more significant than the remaining two groups on the total physical health score.In terms of height,weight,1-minute rope skipping,and sitting forward bend,the results of ANOVA of the post-experimental male students group were F=0.785,P=0.461>0.05;F=0.194,P=0.824>0.05;F=0.348,P=0.708>0.05;F=0.028,P=0.972>0.05;F=0.014,P=0.986>0.05 respectively.For the female group,P=0.871>0.05;P=0.586>0.05;F=0.752,P=0.476>0.05;F=0.139,P=0.871>0.05;F=0.063,P =0.939>0.05,no difference between groups,and the LSD multiple comparisons were all greater than 0.05,indicating that the differences between the three groups,regardless of gender,were not significant in these three items.In terms of vital capacity,50-meter run,and 1-minute sit-up,the results of LSD multiple comparisons between experimental group 1 and control group of boys P were:0.016,0.047 and 0.016 respectively;the results of LSD multiple P for the comparison results were: 0.046,0.000 and 0.04 respectively,indicating that there were significant differences between the experimental group 1 and the control group in these three items after the experiment,regardless of gender.(b)In the degree of interest in the big recess,the results of ANOVA of the three groups after the experiment,boys F=5.834,P=0.005<0.01,and girls F=6.114,P=0.004<0.01,all of them had between-group differences.The results of paired t-test before and after the experiment were t=-8.709,P=0.000<0.01 for boys in experimental group 1 and t=-9.175,P=0.000<0.01 for girls.Combined with LSD multiple comparisons,there were significant differences between girls in experimental group 1 and girls in experimental group 2,as well as boys in experimental group 1 and boys in control group after the experiment.(c)In terms of social adaptability between big recess,the post-experimental ANOVA results for the three groups were F=1.184,p=0.313>0.05 for male students and F=1.593,p=0.212>0.05 for female students,and there were no between-group differences.The results of paired T-test before and after the experiment were t=-0.415,p=0.683>0.05 for male students in experimental group 1 and t=-0.432,p=0.671>0.05 for female students in experimental group 1.Combined with LSD multiple comparisons,there was no significant difference before and after the experiment in experimental group 1,and no significant difference between the three groups after the experiment.According to the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(a)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,interactive physical fitness exercises are higher than individual physical fitness exercises in improving physical fitness level,physical function,speed,waist and abdominal strength effects,and individual physical fitness exercises are higher than dance exercises.However,perhaps due to creation action design and experimental interference,the effects of interactive exercises on body form,endurance,coordination and flexibility are not obvious.(b)In the interactive physical exercise experiment,in terms of physical activity interest,interactive physical activity is better than individual physical activity,and there is a certain gender difference in physical activity interest.The specific performance is that the interest of the interactive physical exercise group increased significantly,the interest of the individual physical exercise group did not change significantly,and the dance exercise group showed an obvious difference between men and women: the interest of the boys decreased,the interest of the girls increased.(c)In terms of social adaptation ability,there were no significant improvement between the three groups participating in the experiment before and after the experiment.Social adjustment ability includes interpersonal,life,physical and mental,learning,and emotional aspects,etc.The experiment failed to verify the correlation between interactive physical exercise and social adjustment ability because of numerous reasons such as long recess time and limited conditions,it is difficult to form the integration of "mechanism","content" and "environment" to promote the development of social adaptability. |
