Recess physical activity plays an important part in school physical education,which has a large number of participants.It has a wide range of activities,flexible content and various forms of organization.It is one of the important ways to show campus culture,and it is also an activity that primary school students have to carry out almost every day in school.Sunshine recess physical activity is the opinion of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on strengthening youth sports and enhancing youth's physique.And the Ministry of Education issued to ensure the regulations on primary and middle school students campus sports activities in one hour a day.It is emphasized that we should carry out the sports activities between classes,and include the time and content of the activities into the teaching plan and the teaching schedule.At the same time,it also emphasizes the unity of students' physical and mental health and the construction of students' mental health.As a kind of individual's overall self-evaluation,core self-evaluation affects the individual's evaluation of specific fields,and it is an implicit evaluation of people.Therefore,this study starts from the core self-evaluation,through the study of primary school students' participation in recess physical activity,and I also used the theory of physical self-esteem to understand the core self-evaluation characteristics of primary school students,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of recess physical activity.In this study,I selected six primary schools in three districts of Xiangyang City by non probability subjective sampling method.Then I take the method of stratified sampling to select12 students per grade,so in the end,I got 432 samples in total.Then I send out questionnaires to them,and finally,I got 350 valid questionnaires.After that,I collate the original data and analyze the data by SPSS,Excel and other statistical software.The findings are as follows:The development of Xiangyang primary schools' recess physical activity is still in the initial stage,both public and private primary schools fail to carry out regular recess physical activity with high quality.The core self-evaluation level of grade one or two and grade three is higher than that of grade four or five and six.The improvement of core self-evaluation is positively related to the improvement of the recess physical activity.The way of collective teaching and individualguidance can effectively improve the learning efficiency of primary school students in recess physical activity,and improve their core self-evaluation ability.Boys' score is better than girls' in physical self-esteem.With the increase of physical exercise intensity,the physical self-esteem of primary school students from grade four to grade six is also gradually improving.Physical self-esteem plays an intermediary role between recess physical activity and core self-evaluation.By improving the physical self-esteem level of primary school students,the core self-evaluation ability of primary school students can be improved to a certain extent.The suggestions of this study are:Pay attention to the core self-evaluation of students,and carry out the recess physical activity according to the students' cognitive evaluation of the recess physical activity.Every primary school in Xiangyang City should strengthen the understanding of the sunshine recess physical activity,and the education units should increase the support to the sunshine recess physical activity.Schools or sports associations can launch games and competitions and other interesting sports activities during the recess physical activity,to guide primary school students to participate in the recess physical activity.According to the different situation of each student,they can choose to participate in the physical leading or skill leading sports.We should cultivate the students' idea of lifelong sports,and bring the sports skills they learned in the recess physical activity into their daily lives,to build up a good physique and improve their health.We should always pay attention to the changes of primary school students' psychological state,and strengthen the interest of physical education teaching in recess physical activity.
