Study On The Spirit Cultivation Of College Students From The Perspective Of New People

The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress pointed out that "the majority of young people should aspire to be good young people in the new era who have ideals,dare to take responsibility,can bear hardships and are willing to work hard",and again emphasized the strategic task of "training new people in the era who bear the great responsibility of national rejuvenation",which is the educational goal put forward by the Party in the new era.The "new generation" is the builder and successor of the socialist cause in the new era,and can act as the mainstay of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,and the environment at home and abroad is becoming increasingly complex.As a fresh force to realize the Chinese Dream,it is not only the historical responsibility but also the demand of The Times to cultivate the spirit of responsibility of college students in the new era,to make them clear their responsibilities and historical missions,and to cultivate talents with strong responsibilities for the Party and the country in the new era.The first part is an overview of the cultivation of college students’ spirit of responsibility from the perspective of the new era.Starting with the elaboration of the concepts related to the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility of the new generation and college students,this paper further analyzes and proves the internal relationship between the two.On this basis,it discusses the theoretical origin of the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility.Finally,it explores the practical value of cultivating the spirit of responsibility of college students from three aspects: realizing the Chinese dream,implementing the fundamental requirements of moral cultivation and cultivating people,and enriching the content of the cultivation of the new generation.The second part systematically grasp the generation mechanism of cultivating college students’ spirit of responsibility.Not only the self-development and strengthening of endogenous mechanism,but also the support and promotion of various elements of exogenous mechanism.Grasp the endogenous mechanism of college students’ sense of responsibility from four perspectives,from the establishment and improvement of responsibility reward and punishment mechanism,create positive media opinion,integration of multi-directional education force to analyze the formation of exogenous mechanism,through the realization of the unity of endogenous mechanism and exogenous mechanism,so as to improve the long-term cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility.The third part studies the current situation and causes of responsibility spirit cultivation of college students from the perspective of new age.Based on the data and information obtained from the empirical investigation,this paper studies the mainstream status quo and existing problems of the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility,analyzes the causes of these problems from the cultivation environment,cultivation intensity and the transformation ability of college students’ knowledge and practice,and provides practical basis for in-depth discussion on the path selection of cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility.The fourth part proposes the path selection of cultivating college students’ spirit of commitment under the perspective of the new generation of the times.The research is carried out in four aspects: creating a favorable social environment,improving the cultivation and application methods of colleges and universities,increasing the cultivation efforts of families,and improving the ability to transform their own knowledge into action.It will encourage college students to consciously shoulder the mission of national rejuvenation,take the initiative to undertake social and family responsibilities,strengthen the cognition and emotion of taking charge,enhance the ability and competence of taking charge,and make efforts to cultivate college students into good young people of the new era who have ideals,dare to take charge,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle.
