| Collective teaching activities are an important part of kindergarten education activities.In daily kindergarten education activities,teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching activities.Teachers’ evaluation not only reflects their own professional level,but also plays an important role in children’s development.In order to explore the current situation of informal evaluation in collective teaching activities,the informal evaluation of teachers is studied with the collective teaching activities with the highest frequency of informal evaluation as the carrier.Taking the large class in X kindergarten as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature,observation,interview and case study to analyze.The paper mainly includes the following aspects:The first part is introduction.This paper introduces the reason for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,sorts out and summarizes the previous literature,combs the previous research experience,determines the definition of the core concepts and theoretical basis of the study,and designs the whole study.The second and third parts explain the necessity and importance of teachers’ informal evaluation of children in collective teaching activities and introduce the basic situation of X kindergarten case.The fourth part is to investigate the current situation of collective teaching activities in large classes in X kindergarten.First,we have a basic understanding of X kindergarten,and then we study the collective teaching activities of large classes in X kindergarten through observation,and make in-depth analysis and research from five aspects: the types,the value orientation,the objects,the contents and the children’s feedback of teachers’ evaluation behavior,so as to understand the present situation.The fifth part is the problems existing in collective teaching activities in X kindergarten.The main problems are that teachers’ informal evaluation focuses on verbal evaluation and ignores the value of non-verbal evaluation;The value orientation of teacher evaluation focuses on the result orientation,ignoring the development of children;The frequency of teachers’ informal evaluation objects is uneven,ignoring collective and group evaluation;Teachers’ informal evaluation is one-sided and pays too much attention to children’s discipline and participation;Teachers’ positive evaluation is general and can’t cause children’s positive response.The sixth part is to analyze the influencing factors of collective teaching activities in X kindergarten.On the one hand,teachers lack professional theoretical knowledge,on the other hand,teachers lack the literacy of informal evaluation,and kindergartens pay insufficient attention to informal evaluation.The seventh part puts forward some educational suggestions on the problems existing in collective teaching activities in X kindergarten.It mainly includes three suggestions: strengthening the study of teachers’ theoretical knowledge,improving teachers’ ability in practice,and strengthening the support of informal evaluation in kindergartens. |
