| In a high-quality development stage,the continuous integration and development of a new generation of information technology and industry urgently needs a large number of high-level technical skills.In that way,how to ensure the cultivation of high-level technical skills? The state put forward clear requirements in the 20 articles of vocational education issued in 2019,That is to say,“we must continue to promote the implementation of standards including professional teaching standards”.Therefore,as one of the top-level designs of the vocational education teaching standard system,it is self-evident that the professional teaching standards of vocational education have a standard basis for the training of high-level technical skills.Judging from the reality of the existing national teaching standards of various types of professions at all levels,secondary vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges have undergone several rounds of revision,and ordinary undergraduate students also have national standards for professional teaching quality,while the professional teaching standards of vocational undergraduate education need to be studied deeply.Although there are currently 32 pilot vocational undergraduate colleges,and professional catalogs and professional profiles have been released successively in the previous two years,the teaching standards of vocational undergraduate education are still vacant,so it’s time to research.If the pilot vocational undergraduate colleges want to make new breakthroughs on the basis of the results of the existing talent training,further improve the quality of their teaching and learning,and achieve a more ideal training effect of high-level technical skills,they also need to implement the top-level design and planning of the development of professional teaching standards,and develop and formulate according to the “five principles,one path,and framework model” developed by vocational education undergraduate professional teaching standards,so as to guide and standardize the teaching of vocational education undergraduate majors and ensure the quality of talent training.The thesis is mainly divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which clarifies the background of the topic selection,summarizes the research situation at home and abroad,and explains the research purpose and significance,ideas and methods,difficulties and innovations.The second chapter mainly defines the core concepts of vocational undergraduate professional teaching standards,and explains the theoretical basis of research.The third chapter summarizes and analyzes the framework and text content of various professional teaching standards at all levels of the country.The fourth chapter analyzes the results and existing problems of the text content of relevant teaching standards and talent training of vocational undergraduates.The fifth chapter combines the results of the interview and the analysis results of the previous chapters for logical reasoning,and then puts forward the “four principles,one path,and framework model”for the development of teaching standards for vocational undergraduate education.The sixth chapter is a case study of the achievement transformation of the “four principles,one path,and framework model” in the development of teaching standards for vocational undergraduate majors.The seventh chapter is the summary,reflection and prospect of the teaching development of vocational undergraduates. |
