The teacher's professional development has been the tide and trend of the international teacher's education. Recently, social economy development calls for the development peak of higher vocational education vocational education. It's the trainers who engaged in practical teaching. Success or failure of practical teaching is due to the quality of trainers. So it's important to know the professional development situation of trainers in vocational colleges. It's also very necessary to explore the tactics or routes of trainers'fast growth or development. By consulting much correlative literature of teacher's professional development, we analyze and discuss some strategies or approaches aimed at promoting the rapid growth and development of trainers in vocational colleges. Based on this information, the paper contains four parts: Part one, Preface. It states the origin of teacher profession development,the significance of raising the thesis,as well as the content and methods of this study. Part two, the story of trainer Z. start from two approaches for trainer Z include before and after, scanning his professional development, it truly indicate the changes of two stage process of professional development include before and after as well as the state of professional development. Part three, analysis. On the basis of the story, the paper finds out the key factors which accelerated the professional development of trainer Z including culture, personal factors and college's management.Part four, conclusion and advice.
