With the deepening of the integration work of physical education and education,the state pays more and more attention to the physical health of adolescents,and physical education in schools as the basis becomes more and more important.In the opinions on deepening the integration of physical education and promoting the healthy development of adolescents,it was mentioned that in order to enrich the forms of physical activity in schools,support primary and secondary schools to establish school sports clubs and form representative school sports teams.In order to better support the integration work of sports and education,school sports should innovate,find suitable forms of sports activities to stimulate the high-quality development of school sports,and the establishment of sports clubs in Yantai City high schools is the enrichment and reform of extracurricular sports in school sports.Physical education content in school physical education is abundant and superficial,students lack interest,lack of motivation and initiative,in order to promote the integration of physical education and in-depth work requirements,physical education in school can not only rely on physical education content reform,but also on school extracurricular activities and after school sports service content for reform and filling.Extracurricular sports in Yantai City junior high schools are based on interest classes and sports societies,the organization and management of the activity is loose,the content of activities is monotonous,the development of school sports clubs,to provide students with more rich and appropriate forms of physical activity,under the independent choice of students to participate in sports activities,so that they can improve physical fitness at the same time promote the cultivation of sports interests,promote students’ healthy physical and mental development.In this article,the development of high school sports club in Yantai city under the background of physical education integration as the research object,using documentation method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method,feasibility analysis and advantage-disadvantage analysis of high school sports club in Yantai City to construct the development model of high school sports club in Yantai City under the background of the integration of physical education and education,and put forward development countermeasures.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)through the investigation of the situation of selected Yantai high school teachers,site facilities,cognitive attitudes of teachers and students,students’ sports needs,etc.,it was determined that Yantai high school basically meets the conditions for the development of school sports clubs and has the feasibility of implementing.(2)the results of the analysis of the pros and cons of yantai city high school sports club development in the context of physical education integration,advantages: meet the development direction of physical education integration,enrich the school physical education extracurricular activities forms,promote the development of schools with sports characteristics,improve teaching strength,bring teachers’ professional superiority into play,take students as subjects,respect the subjective position of students;The dilemma: lack of policies related to school sports clubs,difficulties in implementing the integration of physical education and education,limited school resources,low degree of attention from school leaders,"learning and practice contradictions" limits the motivation of students to participate.(3)In the context of the integration of physical education and the construction of Yantai city high school sports club development model,determine the guiding ideas,objectives and principles based on content analysis and model construction results,and finally quantify the development model evaluation indicators,forming the first index of 5 indexes,the second index of 33 indexes of the school sports club development model evaluation system,so that the development model is implemented from theory to reality,can play a role in the development of the school sports club in the measurement standard to go.(4)proposed countermeasures for the development of yantai city high school sports club in the context of the integration of physical education and education,led by the government: build a platform for exchange and improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism;The main body of the school: deepen the integration of physical education and effectively promote the development of school sports clubs;Social welfare: help to promote the development of school sports clubs.
