Science and art are two sides of the same coin,no one can be separated from each other.Art can best cultivate and develop people’s imagination and creativity,while science needs people’s imagination and creativity most.As the far-reaching significance of art education has been gradually discovered by researchers,the Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)has been issued,which once again emphasizes the important role of aesthetic education,and sets “solo singing and cooperative singing” as a special learning task,which puts cooperative singing in a very important position.Chorus,as an important organization form of cooperative singing,occupies a place in the art education of middle school;Chorus teaching is an important part of aesthetic education and an important embodiment of quality education.With the development of society and economy,education is also undergoing constant innovation.After several revisions of curriculum standards,the development of aesthetic education is gradually put on the agenda.The choir has blossomed everywhere in China.The current development trend of the choir is as follows: it is very fast in developed cities.The top domestic chorus has won many awards in world-class competitions;It lags behind in rural areas and has not even been taught in remote areas.There is a huge gap between urban and rural areas.As a geographical connection between urban and rural,townships,the economy is more developed than rural areas,there are more migrant workers,and the ideology is more advanced than rural areas.The importance of education is also increasing.Choirs in big cities have a higher starting point and develop quickly,which is of little reference to rural schools.The development of choirs in township middle schools can provide a good basis and example for rural areas and help to narrow the gap between urban and rural aesthetic education more quickly.Based on the theory of the new curriculum standard,this paper takes as the practice object to carry out in-depth exploration on the formation and training of choirs.This paper will divide the study into five parts to discuss:The first part mainly describes the background of the topic,research significance,relevant literature review,research methods and related concepts,providing theoretical basis for the later investigation and research.In the second part,we investigate and analyze the chorus teaching of 12 township junior middle schools in Hedong District of Linyi City by means of interview,questionnaire survey and analysis,so as to form a more comprehensive understanding of the chorus teaching of township junior high schools on a macro level.The third part,on the basis of investigation and analysis,the researcher carried out the practical exploration of the choir in Xianggong Township Middle School of Linyi City,including the formation and management of the choir,and elaborated and analyzed the exploration process.The fourth part,from the breath training,rhythm training,intonation training,work rehearsal four aspects,introduces the choir practical training methods.The fifth part summarizes the experience gained and limitations encountered in the research process,and explores the choir teaching methods suitable for township middle schools.
