The quality of compulsory education is related to the healthy growth of hundreds of millions of young people,the development of the country,and the future of the nation.To fully implement the guiding principles of the 19 th CPC National Congress and the plans of the National Education Congress,we will accelerate the modernization of education,build a strong country in education,and ensure that education meets the people's satisfaction.In order to promote educational equity and improve teaching level and educational quality,the state has issued a number of policies to strengthen the implementation of aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools,striving to ensure that every student can enjoy fair and high-quality aesthetic education.In 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform to Comprehensively Improve the Quality of Compulsory Education,stressing the importance of "strengthening aesthetic education cultivation,implementing actions to improve aesthetic education in schools,strictly implementing music,fine arts,calligraphy and other courses,and establishing courses with artistic characteristics in combination with local culture".Music education is not only an indispensable part of systematic education,but also plays an irreplaceable role in aesthetic education in middle schools.Therefore,it is particularly important to realize the balanced development of national compulsory education and strengthen the aesthetic education in middle schools,especially the music education in rural middle schools in poor areas.In 2016,the author was admitted to Funan Jiaopo Senior Vocational High School as a teacher and worked in the local area for two years.So funan county in anhui province based on state-level counties in rural middle school music education teaching as the research object,to survey the focal vicious school center,Yang Xing middle school,jiao village school three high schoolmusic education teaching situation,through the methods of literature,questionnaire,observation and statistical analysis,to obtain reliable and effective data information and relevant research materials,reflects the local high school music education's basic situation,provides effective argument,from the aspects of geographical factors,the teaching,teachers and students' level of restricting the music education the reasons of slow development,to solve the above problems,the author will never forget the original intention of cultivating people with morality and better assume the responsibility of guiding and guiding the healthy growth of students.Based on the existing teaching resources and teaching status in Funan County,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions for the better development of music education in The middle school of Jiaopo Town in Funan County,hoping to improve the current plight of music education in Funan County,so as to accelerate the pace of the development of music education in poor towns and townships in China.
