The Status Quo Of Contemporary College Students ’ Professional Values And Research On Cultivation Countermeasures

As the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,college students shoulder the important mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The professional values of college students not only affect the personal career choice and planning,but also the development of society.Therefore,analyzing the current situation of contemporary college students ’professional values and putting forward the countermeasures of targeted and effective professional values education are conducive to solving the difficult employment situation of college students and further promoting the construction and development of ideological and political education and related disciplines.This paper is divided into four parts to explain the related issues of contemporary college students ’ professional values.The first part is the introduction.On the basis of expounding the background and significance of the topic selection,this paper combs and summarizes the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign research on professional values,and expounds the research ideas and methods,innovations and deficiencies of this paper.The second part is an overview of the relevant theories of professional values.Analyze the connotation of professional values and define the meaning of professional values.Professional values include professional cognition,professional ideal and professional choice,which are characterized by subjectivity,stage and plasticity.Explain the theoretical basis and value of the times of professional values.The third part is the study of the current situation of contemporary college students ’ professional values.By analyzing the data of the questionnaire,this paper summarizes the current situation of contemporary college students ’ professional values and makes attribution analysis.The career choice of contemporary college students is diversified,the career value orientation is realistic,and the career values are independent.However,there are also problems such as short-term career goals,one-sided career cognition and contradictory career choice behavior.Factors that affect the career values of college students include insufficient education about career values in schools,the deviation of family education concepts,the relative lack of personal professional literacy,and negative influences in the social environment.The fourth part proposes strategies for cultivating the career values of contemporary college students,including strengthening the leading role of schools,clarifying the fundamental role of families,stimulating the subject role of university students,and playing the guiding role of society.The aim is to cultivate the correct career values in contemporary college students and help them find employment more smoothly.
