Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Concept Of Professional Dedication In The New Era

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the core socialist values are a concentrated expression of the spirit of contemporary China."Dedication" is a traditional virtue respected by the Chinese nation and an important part of the core values of socialism.College students are the backbone of the country's future development.The correctness of their professionalism is directly related to the rise and fall of the industry they will be engaged in and the future and destiny of the country.Therefore,it is an important research topic in the new era to explore the way to cultivate college students' concept of professional dedication based on the current situation of college students' professional values.There are five parts to discuss the problems existing in the new era of college students' professional attitude and the path of cultivation by using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey.First,the introduction,explaining the research background and the research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods,difficulties and innovation points.Second,summarizes the relevant theories about the dedication of college students in the new era,the connotation and characteristics of the dedication concept of college students in the new era are explained,and the theoretical origin is expounded from three aspects:the thought of Marx and Engels' Dedication,the thought of Chinese excellent traditional culture's dedication and the thought of Chinese Communists' dedication.Third,the principles and main content of the cultivation of the dedication of college students in the new era.The cultivation of the dedication of college students should adhere to the direction and pragmatism,the combination of education and self-education,the combination of dedication incentives and constraints,and the combination of dedication theory and practice.The main content of cultivation is the professional planning and professional ethics,the sense of responsibility and the spirit of responsibility,the spirit of enterprising and craftsmanship,and the spirit of innovation and dedication.Fourth,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students' dedication in the new era,it is found that college students' dedication has problems such as weak basic knowledge,weaker emotions,difficulty in starting work,lack of dedication and practice,and insufficient education in dedication theory and dedication.The reasons for the problems are analyzed in four aspects: the atmosphere is not strong,the dedication mechanism is not perfect,and the dedication practice activities are singular.Fifth,the path analysis of the cultivation of college students' sense of dedication in the new era.On the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes mentioned above,the cultivation path is discussed.In order to improve the present situation of college students' concept of engagement,we should strengthen theoretical education,create an atmosphere of engagement,improve the engagement mechanism and enrich the ways of practice to improve the pertinence,effectiveness and sustainability of the cultivation of college students' professional attitude.
