| Education is a social activity for cultivating and developing people,which purpose is to teach people to be kind and to educate them,which essential attribute is to help people grow and become talents.As an important organic part of the national education system,adult higher education play pivotal roles in promoting social and economic development,advancing the process of national modernization and personnel training.However,under the threat of popularization,informatization and internationalization of higher education,adult higher education is faced with a series of serious problems such as utilitarianization,inferior quality and marginalization,which seriously hinder the healthy development of adult higher education.This paper draws on the relevant research results of higher education student work humanization,vocational education student work humanization and other related research results,takes the student work humanization as the breakthrough point,and tries to answer what is the adult higher education student work humanization from both theory and practice.,why,what and how,to provide reference for the humanization of adult higher education student work and its sustainable development.Firstly,based on the three major theories of education essence,educational equity and whole-person education,and by borrowing the stone from other mountains of higher education and vocational education,it responds to the relationship between student work and humanism from a theoretical level.The relationship between the three theories has given a new connotation to the humanization of adult higher education student work: the humanization of adult higher education student work should be oriented to all students,focusing on the main body of students,and cultivating students to become both individual and social.The core views are "everything for students","for all students" and "everything for students".Secondly,taking the School of Continuing Education of Hunan Agricultural University and the National Open University(Guangzhou)Huafeng Branch as examples,combined with methods such as literature review and field research,starting with the humanization of student work in typical cases,to explore adult higher education students The status quo of human-oriented work,discuss the achievements of adult higher education students’ work human-oriented,and explore the problem of adult higher education students’ human-oriented work.Additionally,based on theoretical research and practical exploration,this paper conducts an in-depth inspection of the humanization of adult higher education student work,and analyzes the main restricting factors of adult higher education student work humanization: educators’ utilitarian consciousness and student workers.The conflict of this concept,the contradiction between the setting of the student work system and the national policies and regulations,and the lack of resources related to the humanization of student work.Finally,on the basis of literature analysis,theoretical research and practical exploration,aiming at the main problems existing in the humanization of adult higher education student work,this paper discusses the path of humanization of adult higher education student work from the three levels of the state,society and school.: Take the national macro-control and policy support as the guarantee,give full play to the functions of social organizations,strengthen the awareness of humanism,speed up the construction of school teachers and reform the student work system,and provide theoretical support and practical models for the humanism of adult higher education student work. |
