Teachers are an important force to deepen educational reform and comprehensively promote quality education,and also an important factor to ensure teaching quality,which puts forward special requirements for teachers’ teaching development.The basic connotation of teachers’ teaching development is to improve teaching quality,combine the needs of ordinary high school education and teaching practice with organizations and individuals,make full use of various resources and conditions,and promote young teachers of ordinary high schools in the county to innovate teaching ideas,change teaching values,increase teaching knowledge,improve teaching skills,and strengthen teaching research awareness,so as to achieve the overall and sustainable development of teaching.It has phased,independent Problem orientation and environmental constraints.The teaching development of young teachers in County senior high schools can be analyzed from several theoretical perspectives,such as developmental teaching theory,self realization theory,reflective teaching theory and TPACK theory.Teachers’ teaching development is of great significance to talent training and teaching reform.Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with the young teachers of senior high schools in three counties of Gaozhou City,it is found that the problems of the teaching development of young teachers of senior high schools in the county are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the teacher title system at the government level is unreasonable,the guarantee of the teaching development center is missing,and the funds for teaching development are insufficient;At the school level,the teaching task is heavy and the workload is heavy,the lack of teaching development measures and the training content do not meet the actual needs;At the individual level,teachers’ awareness of teaching development is weak,their professional knowledge of teaching and disciplines is not rich enough,their teaching skills are insufficient,and their teaching research ability and information technology ability are insufficient.Through the case analysis of D teacher’s teaching development,it is found that young teachers have a strong sense of teaching development,but they are not optimistic about organizational support and teachers’ response to this support.In order to better promote the teaching development of young high school teachers in the county,we need to choose an effective path: at the government level,we should deepen the reform of teachers’ professional title system,build a sound teaching development center,increase the investment in teaching development of young teachers and improve the welfare of young teachers;At the school level,we should appropriately reduce the burden of young teachers,improve the teaching development measures of young teachers and improve the teaching training of young teachers;At the individual level,teachers should enhance their awareness of teaching development,renew their teaching ideas,increase their teaching knowledge,improve their teaching skills,and improve their teaching research ability and information technology ability;The activity design of teachers’ professional organization;Teaching support at the level of teaching grass-roots organizations: the teaching and research office organizes teaching and research activities,builds teachers’ teaching teams and carries out mentoring activities.
