The process of teachers' professional development is about their continuous expansion of new knowledge and improvement of ability and they constantly achieve professional maturity. But most of the young teachers in middle schools don't know how to improve their professional level and thus the professional development demands in system research of middle school young teachers will help young teachers to recognize their weakness and determine the study goals. In areas lack of education, Hainan province attaches great importance to the education and training of teachers and researches professional development demands of young teachers in middle schools of Ding An, which is helpful to improve the teaching skills and teaching abilities of young teachers in Hainan Province, clarify professional development goals as well as improve comprehensive quality. This study is also supported by relevant educational institutions for teachers in Hainan Province to carry out native research and analysis about professional development demands for young teachers in middle schools of Ding An and offer help for improvement of education and teaching quality of middle schools in Ding An as well as build a high-quality education team. This thesis includes the following four parts.The first part comprehensively illustrates the research background, objective, significance, and definition of relevant concepts, research ideas, research methods and the professional development demands of teachers.The second part introduces the design of questionnaire about professional development demands of young middle school teachers. Through the current basic situation of young middle school teachers in Ding An County, Hainan Province, demands for improvement of professional philosophy and ethics, demands for training of professional knowledge and ability, demands of the external environment for supporting teachers' professional development and so on, this paper reveals the multi-level demands of young middle school teachers' professional development in Ding An and presents the survey results of professional development demands of young middle school teachers in Ding An.The third part analyzes the situation of professional development demands of young middle school teachers in Ding An from the perspective of young teachers' quality and external environment condition, coming to the conclusion that educational administrative organizations and management paid insufficient attention to the demands of teachers' professional development for external environment conditi ns. However, young teachers value the support of external environment condition for professional development a lot with the hope of obtaining environmental supports.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions through in-depth analysis of professional development demands of young middle school teachers in Ding An: the first is to expand the professional promotion space for young teachers and stimulate their professional development autonomy; the second is to focus on teachers' professional guidance demand and improve the practical significance of training for teachers; the third is to improve full-time education and teacher training policy for the professional development of young teachers in middle schools.
