Research On The Influencing Factors Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention In Southwest Minority Areas

In recent years,there is a buzz about entrepreneurship in our country,China places great emphasis on "massive entrepreneurship and innovation" and tries to achieve business startup driving the employment and innovation promoting for development.But the real data shows that there is a certain gap between the situation of the college students' entrepreneurship and social expectations,the rate of entrepreneurial success is relatively low.Therefore,studying the issue of college students' entrepreneurship has a certain practical significance.Entrepreneurial intention is thought to be an index which can be able to predict the behavior.Based on the research at home and abroad,the research purpose of this study is to analyze influencing factors and entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Prefecture of Miao and Dong Minority of Southeast Guizhou through the empirical analysis.After coming to a conclusion,this paper discusses how to cultivate college students' entrepreneurial enthusiasm and arouse students' entrepreneurial intention.We also discuss from what respects can we provide strong support for their own businesses in this region and provide theoretical basis for the region and the local universities to build a good entrepreneurship environment and make effective support policy.First of all,the paper is unfolded with the literature review of relevant concepts such as entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention from the perspectives of different disciplines.Based on the study of earlier predecessors,in combination with the local actuality,four impact factors that affect college students' entrepreneurial intention are extracted,in an attempt to build the theoretical model of this study.Subsequently,the index system of impact factors concerning the college students' entrepreneurial intention is preliminarily established and research hypothesis is raised;as a next step,the paper contains the interview investigation for verification of research conception with the aid of the designed questionnaires based on established index system.In addition,the questionnaires are completed and corrected.At the closing of the paper,with the adoption of empirical research method,the significant impact of individual background and personality on entrepreneurial attitude,and both entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment exert a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention.Ultimately,the research conclusion is attained,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are brought up,so as to provide theoretical basis and empirical support for the study on the local college students' entrepreneurship.
