Investigation And Analysis On Employment Intention And Influencing Factors Of College Students In Shanxi

With the improvement of the material life and the accumulation of material wealth,the focus of the society to the health from the material.The party and the government of the people's physical health is also of particular concern,have issued a "National Fitness Program"(2016-2020)> and < 2030 > Chinese health plan "and other documents,in addition,for the development of the sports industry,the State Council issued the" on accelerating the development of the sports industry to promote the sports consumption of a number of opinions "," the general office of the State Council on accelerating the development of life service industry to promote the upgrading of consumption structure guidance.On the one hand,the national fitness sports industry rose to national strategy.However,on the other hand,the employment rate of social sports guidance and management students has continued to be bright red card,so it is necessary to understand the employment intention of the students in the social sports guidance and managementIn this study,six colleges and universities in Shanxi province 2013 social sports guidance and management of students as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire research,mathematical statistics and other research methods,research the employment intentions and effects of SPSS19.0 and Excel software for the guidance and management of social sports professional students' factors by factor analysis descriptive analysis,difference test and analysis.Factors purport of the guidance and management of social sports professional students' employment intention and influence the investigation and analysis,to further improve the social sports guidance and management of students employment rate of reference views.The results show that:1 Shanxi province 2013 social sports guidance and management of students after graduation is about half of the students choose the right of employment,employment intention to fitness club and primary and secondary schools,employment intention of regional concentration in the prefecture level city with developed economy,their income expectations mainly in the 3000 yuan to 5000 yuan.2 there is no significant difference between the male and female students of social sports guidance and management in the direction of employment and the employment area.There is a significant difference in the intention of employment and income expectation.3 the effect of employment intention of social sports guidance and management majors there are mainly five factors,namely school factors,family factors,school factors,employment expectation factor,social factor.The most important factor in the study of the three is individual special skill level,practice ability,basic theoretical knowledge.School factors,influence the employment intention of the highest degree of the school personnel training scheme and the visibility of the school.And factors influence on employment is the highest degree of parents relationship on employment and help for parents to choose the place of employment.The social factors on the employment impact degree is the highest level of economic development area,The second is the national or local policy,the employment expectation factor on the employment of the degree of influence in the top three is the salary treatment,the relevant qualification certificate,job development prospects.
