Research On Employment Expectation And Influencing Factors Of College Students In Yunnan Province

Since the implementation of the university enrollment expansion policy in 1999,China's higher education has gradually changed from“elite education”to"popularization education".The number of college graduates is constantly rising,and employment pressure is becoming more and more prominent.The central government,local govern:ments,and education authorities have successively issued a series of policies to encourage and guide graduates to find jobs and start businesses.Various colleges and universities have also taken measures to open employment guidance courses for college students,which has improved college graduates to some extent.The employment situation,but the problem of“difficult employment”for college students still exists.This study explores the employment problems of college students through the employment expectations of college students.Based on the analysis of the current situation of college students'employment expectation in Yunnan Province,this paper explores the influence of individual factors on their employment expectations from the micro level,and proposes countermeasures according to the corresponding research conclusions.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part:the problem is raised,and the relevant research results at home and abroad are reviewed to determine the research questions and directions.The second part:research design,build the research framework based on the first part,select the research variables,put forward the research hypothesis,and prepare the questionnaire.The third part:analysis and discussion,starting from the four aspects of starting salary expectation,employment city size expectation,self-employment expectation and grassroots employment expectation,understand the current situation of college students'employment expectation in Yunnan Province,and use SPSS 25.0 statistical analysis software.Regression analysis ofthe influencing factors of college students' employment expectation in Yunnan Province.The conclusions of the study are:college students in Yunnan Province are not optimistic about the employment situation,but the employment expectation still shows a general high trend,there is a high salary preference and big city preference;the college students' self-employment willingness in Yunnan province is generally low;Yunnan The college students in the province have a low level of understanding of the grassroots employment policy,and the number of "to be determined"groups at the grassroots level is huge;the employment expectation of college students in Yunnan Province is higher with the improvement of the academic level;the employment expectation of male students in colleges and universities in Yunnan is significantly higher than that.Female students;there are significant urban-rural differences and regional differences in the employment expectations of college students in Yunnan Province.The fourth part:countermeasures suggestion,aiming at the employment expectation of college students in Yunnan Province,combined with the theory of human capital,expectation theory and career development theory to propose effective ways and countermeasures to promote college students'employment.
