Geography experiment teaching guides students to think and analyze experimental phenomena and the essential laws behind them in practice through observation experience and hands-on operation,which is one of the important ways to implement the cultivation of geography practice ability.The physical geography experiment is an important part of the geographical experiment system.Carrying out the physical geography experiment teaching can not only cultivate students’ geographical action ability and the quality of their will to explore science,but also help students to understand the complex and abstract geographical principle.In teaching,teachers should actively organize physical geography experiment activities according to the content of teaching materials,so that students can improve their operational ability and establish a scientific attitude of seeking truth and seeking truth in the process of experimental scheme design and operation.In addition,with the development of geography core literacy,how to effectively carry out physical geography experiment teaching has become a hot issue in the research of physical geography experiment teaching.Therefore,under the background of the cultivation of geographic practice ability,this paper investigates the experimental teaching of high school physical geography.Constructivism theory in this study do middle school geography teaching theory under the guidance of Marxist epistemology,using literature research questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method of comparative analysis,in Kaifeng LY schools and Kaifeng SQ high student and Kaifeng part of the geography teachers as the research object,the study of high school physical geography experimental teaching.Through student questionnaire survey,teacher questionnaire survey and teacher interview,relevant research data are obtained.After induction and analysis of the data,the status quo of physical geography experiment teaching in senior high school is summarized,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects.First,teachers and students have a high degree of acceptance and recognition of physical geography experiment;Second,the frequency of physical geography experiment teaching is low in front-line geography teaching;Third,in the process of geography experiment teaching,there are more demonstration experiments and less practical operation training;Fourth,part of the geography experiment teaching effect is not good,the majority of senior one students need to improve the geography experiment ability;Fifth,experimental assimilation,experimental characteristics are weak.Sixth,through the analysis of relevant data,it is found that teachers’ experimental consciousness affect the generation of experimental activities;Seventh,the evaluation of physical geography experiment teaching is simple and lacks of practical evaluation Eighth,some schools lack experimental equipment,which must be optimize.Aiming at the problems existing in high school physical geography teaching,this paper puts forward the teaching strategies,which mainly include the following five aspects: first,taking geography curriculum standards as the criterion,standardizing teachers’ experimental teaching behavior and optimizing the cultivation of practical ability;Second,based on the students operation experiment,to create a space for the development of geographical experiment ability;he third is to build characteristic local experimental courses based on the training of practical ability;Fourthly,it aims at geography practice and designs diversified experimental teaching evaluation;Fifth,the allocation of geographical experimental equipment to meet the diverse needs of the development of practical force.Since the above research,this paper conducted a case study on the design of high school physical geography experimental teaching,proposed the case design principle of scientific principle,subjectivity principle,feasibility principle,innovation principle,and practical principle,and took the thermal circulation as an example to design the physical geography experimental teaching case.In this paper,based on the geographical practice force,around Kaifeng natural geography experimental teaching status quo of high school study,put forward the high school physical geography experimental teaching strategy and case design,not only enriched the natural geography experimental teaching research results,for a line of high school physical geography experimental teaching activities.
