The reading teaching of the unified middle school language is mainly based on the study of texts in each unit,supplemented by "Guided Reading of Masterpieces" and "Recitation of Ancient Poems Outside the Classroom",which has built a "trinity" reading system from "teaching reading class" to "self-reading class" to "reading outside the classroom".It cooperatively constructs a "trinity" reading system from "teaching and reading class" to "self reading class" and then to "extracurricular reading".This organic system focuses on the internal connection between the three types of courses,especially the self-reading class,which plays a mediating role in linking reading inside and outside the classroom,helping to enrich students’ reading volume and accumulate deep knowledge for language learning.The nature of "selfreading" also places special emphasis on students’ subjectivity,deepening the existing "teacher-led,student-led" view of teaching and learning,and is undoubtedly a new impetus for developing students’ independent reading skills.In junior high school,prose takes up a lot of space,and its status should not be underestimated.In addition,prose has a high degree of unity between ideology and art,and is characterized by classicality,appropriateness,and beauty,and these characteristics fit well with the textbook selection criteria.Therefore,the integration of the multiple values of "self-reading" and "prose" and the introduction of the "Trinity" reading system as the basis of the argument not only put into practice the concept of writing textbooks,but also implemented the revised requirements of the new curriculum.The "Trinity" reading system has been introduced as the basis of the thesis,which not only fulfills the philosophy of the textbook,but also the revised requirements of the new curriculum.The "Trinity" reading system is composed of three micro elements: "teaching reading class," "selfreading class," and "extracurricular reading".The nature of "teaching reading,self-reading,and reading outside the classroom" closely connects the three types of classes and highlights its own characteristics of "focusing on reading method penetration".In this system,the self-reading class builds a bridge from teaching reading in class to reading outside of class,and plays an important role in carrying forward and backward.The self-reading texts in the unified junior high school language textbooks are written in a twoline unit format and are organized in a single section with special "marginal comments" and "reading prompts".In addition to the large number and proportion of prose self-reading texts,the content also strives for both quality and beauty,focusing on the core literacy of language,highlighting its value in cultivating students’ self-reading ability and improving their aesthetic level.In the current prose self-reading class,there are still problems such as difficulty in controlling the intensity of self-reading,broken relationship between "self-reading class" and "teaching reading class" and "extra-curricular reading",as well as deviation of the direction of prose teaching and weakening of the individuality of the text.The problem of weakening the individuality of the text.The reasons for this are mainly related to the teachers’ weak awareness of textbook research,the misalignment between the revision of the standards and the preparation of textbooks,and the lack of theories on the interpretation of "prose" and its "intermediate" character.If these problems are not solved efficiently,the teaching value of the prose self-reading class will be greatly reduced,and the intention of the textbook editors and the revised requirements of the new curriculum will be difficult to be truly implemented.In order to effectively solve the series of problems in the teaching of self-reading prose classes,this study focuses on the "Trinity" reading system and the stylistic characteristics of prose,and proposes three aspects: based on the teaching of prose reading classes to consolidate the foundation of reading;reconstructing the space for self-reading prose to improve the effectiveness of self-reading;and linking the reading of prose outside the classroom to promote the advancement of reading ability.The teaching design is based on the example of "A Little Peach Tree",so that the teaching practice of prose self-reading class can be previewed in the form of text.Finally,the teaching design is reviewed to suggest the problems teachers need to pay attention to in teaching in order to further optimize classroom teaching and build an efficient classroom.
