| With the advent of the network and information age,information has become the driving force for social development.The rapid development of the information society has profoundly changed the way people study,work and live,and has also brought a profound impact on the field of education.In the process of education informatization,teachers play a key role,and comprehensively improving teachers’ information literacy has become the focus of attention of the country and society.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign research results,defining the connotation and structure of teachers’ information literacy and the significance of improving preschool teachers’ information literacy,this study randomly selected 523 teachers in Chengdu by questionnaires,interviews and other research methods.To understand the current situation of urban and rural teachers’ information literacy from six dimensions: life integration,technology attitude,technology identity,knowledge and skills,application practice and responsibility and morality.After analyzing and comparing the gender,age,educational background,teaching age,region and nature of preschool teachers.This study analyzes the factors affecting the self-improvement ability of preschool teachers’ information literacy from three aspects: personal factors(attitude,motivation,self-efficacy,individual innovation),kindergarten factors(material support,atmosphere,information training),and social factors(policy).Finally,in view of the existing problems from the kindergarten teachers,kindergartens and society three aspects of the analysis of the reasons and from the following aspects to put forward suggestions.Preschool teachers should correctly understand and apply the Internet to enhance the consciousness of independent development;Strengthen the understanding of policy,optimize their own knowledge structure;Grasp the development trend of "Internet + education" and improve information literacy.Kindergarten should optimize the allocation of resources to create conditions for the independent development of preschool teachers;To carry out various forms of garden-based activities;Optimize the assessment and evaluation methods,broaden the professional development space of preschool teachers.Educational administrative departments should do a good job in providing policies and technical support for "Internet Plus";Give full play to the advantages of "Internet Plus" to ensure the effectiveness of training;Promote the construction of public service platform for early childhood education resources;Use "Internet +" technology to implement post-training feedback and tracking work. |
