With the development of education informationization, the preschool education is facing a new challenge and a strong shock. Under this pressure, it is the key for the preschool teachers to get the necessary modern information technology and advanced educational ideas, and to have the ability qualified to the information revolution on the curriculum reform, in order to practice the quality education in the field of preschool education, and in order to enhance the level of education technology and education informationization. So the modern information technology training curriculum was offered to preschool teachers during the tenth five years in Haidian District, with the aim to encourage the preschool teachers to enhance their level of modern information technology, and realize effectively the integration of information technology with preschool curriculum in order to offer the better service to preschool education with the information technology.The key point to make sure the success of the training project is to make a scientific modern information technology training plan and practice it effectively. On the information technology for middle school teachers and elementary school teachers, many typical training plans have been proposed and many typical training projects have been carried out. However, a systematic and overall modern information technology training plan is not offered for preschool teachers. So, at present, it is a big project to research and make a feasible modern information technology training plan and practice it. This thesis focuses on this problem and gets some conclusions.This thesis takes the method of action research. The research subjects are the preschool teachers who joined continuing education of "the tenth five years plan" in Haidian District on modern information technology training. The reseach has also used on the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, observation and so on. The main contents of this thesis are aims of the training, contents of the training, forms of the training, and the evaluation on the training, i.e. the overall research on modern information technology training plans and practice for preschool teachers. And as a conclusion, the modern information technology training in Haidian District enhanced the practical ability of the preschool teachers, helped them to know the role of information technology played in preschool education, and encouraged them to enhance their professional development, and taught them the methods and forms to integrate the information technology and curriculum. The contents, the organization forms, the methods and the evaluation of the training plans have the profound meaning for the all preschool teachers training projects. The integration of modern information technology with preschool activity curriculum goes further through the modern information technology training. However, some problems also appeared in the training, for example, the study of the theory has few effects, and the learning community has not been brought into full play. This thesis also promoted some suggestions to these kinds of deficiency in the training.Finally, this article author proposed this research deficiency and the next diligently direction.
