As the arrival of the information and digital age, "Internet +" integration with the development of various fields has become an irresistible trend of the times,China's education is also in the great transformation of information technology. With the deepening of the development of educational information, teacher information literacy not only plays an indispensable role in the national education information construction ,but also makes it significant in promoting the professional development of teachers .In view of this, this article selected Education Information School 11 characteristics of primary and secondary schools in Wuhan City, mainly through using the questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods of 86 school teachers and 22experts who are related to physical education to conduct this research .This paper aims to understand the deeper problems of the information literacy of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in Wuhan, and draw the important influencing factors of the information literacy of PE teachers, and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the cultivation of PE teachers' information literacy in Wuhan.The author draws the following conclusions: 1. Wuhan City primary and secondary school PE teachers have a strong sense of information, having the ability to recognize the important role of information and information technology in the development of physical education,but there is a considerable part,that is the physical education teachers'sensitivity are not strong, modern teaching consciousness are weak; 2, Wuhan primary and secondary school physical education teachers have basic information knowledge, but in the information technology knowledge and physical education software related knowledge ,it is relatively lack of combination, especially with the physical education related to the modernization of teaching means more scarce, the integration of information technology and physical education curriculum into the knowledge of PE teachers in the short board; 3, Wuhan primary and secondary physical education teachers have ability to obtain and master the information, but in information technology and physical education, sports training and extracurricular sports activities combined the application is extremely lacking; 4, Wuhan teacher information technology related training has achieved certain results, but the teacher training as a whole is the lack of rationality, pertinence, scientific and systematic; 5, teachers personal factors, leadership attention, school factors, teacher training factors and body The special factors of disciplines become the main factors restricting the cultivation of information literacy of primary and middle school PE teachers in Wuhan, among which the individual factors and the factors of leadership are the most important factors influencing the training of PE teachers' information literacy. 6, Wuhan primary and middle school PE teachers Young students, education in the gradual improvement of sports professional knowledge and comprehensive ability in the gradual increase for the training of sports teachers to lay the foundation for information literacy, is conducive to the overall level of teacher information literacy.According to the above conclusions and the actual situation, we put forward the countermeasures: to establish a modern teaching concept, to improve the importance of awareness of information literacy teachers ; to improve the construction of information infrastructure in primary and secondary schools, optimize the development of information environment; to establish university libraries and primary and secondary school PE teachers information literacy Training cooperation platform; pay attention to primary and secondary school PE teacher information training; to build physical education teacher information literacy evaluation standards, improve the training of sports teachers, information literacy evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism.
