| The Civics class is the main position to guide the youth in the "nurturing period" to establish the correct outlook on life,values and worldview.Cultural confidence,as the source of spiritual power of the Chinese nation,lays the ideological and cultural foundation for the discourse of Civics and provides the power to "transform" people,while the discourse of Civics also exerts stronger "nurturing" power with the help of cultural confidence.However,in the current context of economic globalization,cultural pluralism,and information networking,the discourse construction of Civics and Political Science classes faces external cultural challenges such as the impact of Western discourse,the collision of multiple cultures,and the challenge of network culture,as well as the dilemma of insufficient discourse confidence caused by the lack of cohesion of internal elements of Civics and Political Science class discourse construction.Therefore,this paper takes cultural self-confidence as the perspective,takes the real challenges and dilemmas faced by the discourse construction of Civics class as the guide,follows the theoretical logic and practical logic of Civics class discourse construction,and puts forward the corresponding principles and specific countermeasures for Civics class discourse construction.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part of the paper presents the background and significance of the topic,that is,in the new era,in order to further strengthen the ideology and effectiveness of the discourse of the Civics class,the study of Civics class discourse construction is conducive to enriching and improving the Civics class discourse system and responding to the development demands of Civics class education practice.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of research on cultural confidence and discourse in Civics at home and abroad,it can be seen that the current research on the construction of Civics discourse from the perspective of cultural confidence at home and abroad lacks a certain degree of systematization and relevance.In the second part,based on the interpretation of the concepts of cultural confidence and the discourse of Civics class,the connotation and characteristics of cultural confidence,the connotation,characteristics,elements and functions of the discourse of Civics class are clarified,the endogenous relationship between cultural confidence and the construction of the discourse of Civics class is analyzed,and the four theoretical foundations of the construction of the discourse of Civics class are proposed.The third part uses literature research method and comparative analysis method to analyze the real dilemma faced by the discourse construction of Civics and Political Science class under the perspective of cultural self-confidence and its causes.In other words,the dilemma of discourse construction and its internal and external causes are analyzed from four aspects: the invasion of western discourse,the collision of multiple cultures,the challenge of network culture,and the lack of discourse confidence.In the fourth part,the principles and countermeasures for the construction of discourse in Civics are proposed in response to the above dilemmas and causes.In other words,on the basis of the principles of direction,practice,humanism and development,countermeasures are proposed to enhance the influence of the discourse in Civics to resist the invasion of Western discourse,enhance the attractiveness of the discourse in Civics to face the collision of multiple cultures,enhance the affinity of the discourse in Civics to meet the challenge of network culture,and enhance the cohesiveness of the discourse in Civics to abandon the lack of discourse self-confidence.Cultural self-confidence gives the discourse construction of Civics class a new perspective and a new approach to cultural focus,resolving the external dilemma of Civics class discourse construction while combining the internal features of discourse construction,and collaborating to build a more complete discourse system.Thus,the relevance,effectiveness and thoughtfulness of the discourse construction of Civics and Political Science courses have been strongly enhanced,and the development of the theory and practice of Civics and Political Science course discourse construction has been promoted to a certain extent. |
